This top load washer has done everything we have asked of it. Oversized loads to the smallest laid you can think of. Easy to work and very efficient.

So the newer washer have a wash load sensor system. Kinda of good and bad but since you cant get a washer without it, what are you going to do. This washer is the closest to the old style washer in that it WILL fill up with a good amount of water if you choose that setting. Otherwise, it doesnt look like there is enough water. But the clothes come out clean either way.. The washer, like most these days, take longer to complete their wash cycle due to this new wash load sensor system. This unit WITH the agitator has not 'roughed up ' clothes unlike the unit withOUT an agitator

If you're going from the old fashion washer to the new technology as we did, don't be afraid. We were hesitant like many others concerning the new tech settings, auto water levels, etc. Nothing to it. Simple to use and washes great. Clothes clean, no left on soap, or any of the other things people say. Different noises then what you might be use to, but this is not a problem As one smart sales person told me It has a clear see thru top but it's not a tv Put the clothes in, turn it on, walk away. No need to stand and watch it And of course, if you get it with the Best Buy 6 or 12 month financing, even better.

This is a great product that has a very large capacity and is easy to operate. I've had no issues whatsoever! I highly recommend this washer!!!

Replaced a 10 year old washer with this item. It’s nice, but I’m concerned about all of the electronics it has that can break. Old washer didn’t have a lid lock, which I liked. Have to pause this one before I can add items. So far so good, hopefully it gives me years of trouble free service.

This washer replaced our recalled Samsung washer. We really like the fact that it has an agitator. We are also able to wash our clothes in hot water, something the Samsung would not let us do. it is a bit noisy in the beginning of the cycle though as you can here the solenoids click loudly when the lid locks. The washer is in the basement so it isn't a big deal for us. Overall, we are very happy with this washer.

This is a very good machine .Runs quietly and has good load capacity.Operating is simple .

I like this better than any other I have tried the others had no agitator and did not clean your clothes. I am not sure if it is supposed to make a noise but it's making a noise so I am going to have to call Geek Squad probably

We wanted an agitator model that was quiet and did what a washer should, without too much effort, The machine has just enough options, and is easy to use.

Washer, cleans and works beautifully. The agitator removes stains as intended. Thank you for having a great product with an agitator in it.

I was looking for a washer to replace the one we currently had. Keeping in mind I never did appliance shopping. My main concern was to find a good washer with a reasonable price. I came across this Maytag, looked at reviews and rating. It was a win win situation for me. I gotten it delivered to the home.. They wasn’t able to fit it through the door .. I took my door frame down and I was able to squeeze it in. Hooked up the washer and everything was working fine. Money was very well spent on the washer. I would recommend this washer
