This machine is so quiet compare to my old Kenmore machine.It does a great job getting clothes clean.

Very easy to use and the machine works great. Clothing comes out bright and very clean.

So far im loving this washer. Holds more than our previous one and clothes are super clean.

We have been using this washer for about a month now and it has performed well. The only drawback my wife has with it is that she wishes it had more specialized settings, such as one for towels. It is just a matter of adjusting and finding the right settings that work for you.

I have been looking for a while on replacing my aging washing machine. I have been looking at the reviews on best buy.com Want set this washing machine apart from the rest was the agitator. I asked a washing machine repair guy which is better, one with the agitator or the one with out. He basically said the one with a agitator is like taking a good long bath. The one without is like taking a quick shower. The agitator does a better job.

Easy to use. Super quiet. Notice that water is dispense equally unto the clothes.

I was worried with all the settings, but this is easy to work and runs so quiet. Wash loads come clean!

I wanted a washer with an agitator; not many available anymore. the only downfall I find is that sometimes I have a hard time starting the machine--entirely different than what I was used to. I'm a little skeptical in the small amount of water it uses but my clothes have all come out clean

This washer does an excellent job of cleaning my cloths. So glad I sold my 3 year old top loading high efficiency lg and bought this may tag with agitator. Only reason it gets a four star because it is loud but worth every sound wth clean cloths forgot to mention great delivery guys Jimmy Eric Thank you

I do not like the censor water fill. I don't feel that option uses enough water to get the clothes clean. Even using the HE soap, the clothes seem to smell. However, I have the option of using high fill, which I use most of the time. It works well with that. It also has an agitator which I like.

I'm still getting used to this dryer. There is a quirky thing going on with the lint filter where it says it needs to be checked, even though I always clean it after every load. It also is quirky when I push the start button and even the installation guys had trouble with it. I've only had it for a week ... so giving it some time before I rank it 5 stars. And, I need to read instructions thoroughly before I complain. It dries the clothes great and the moisture sensor works great because I put the clothes in for another round when they felt damp and cold after sitting in the drier for several hours (vent to outside brings in cold air in the winter here in Vermont), but it only ran for a few minutes before stopping and clothes were dry.

great machine when it worked. cleaned all dirty laundry very well. very specific about the kind of soap on can use, keep that in mind. my unit just happens to be a problematic one which why i have it 4 instead of 5.

The washer was easy to set up and learn how to use, like the sound that it makes when cycle is finished

This Maytag washer was just what we needed but we weren’t planning to start our washing machine search until later in the year. Our current washer motor blew and it was time sooner than we thought. With COVID, the search became more difficult as factories closed and supply was dwindling when demand was skyrocketing. We went 5 weeks without a washer until we found this one on Best Buy website. We wanted a washer with an agitator and this Maytag washer more than delivered. It’s easy to use and has a myriad of options for your delicates or work clothes. Best Buy came through on time when other appliance retailers are still scrambling to fill orders causing long waits and frustrated customers. We opted for the 3-year warranty in case we run into any issues and will be back for the dryer soon!

Large capacity, quiet, quick, and spins clothes out well. Love that it’s made in America too.
