As many big purchases for families, We had to purchase a washing machine for ours no longer worked. After researching brands and the needs of my family we chose this machine for size and function and for us we made the right choice. We love it. We actually have been able to cut our washing time in half due to its large capacity tub. More items washed means less time on doing laundry.

We started a search for a new washer as our old washer was failing. Best Buy had a great variety to choose from. The Maytag - 4.7 Cu. Ft. 11-Cycle Top-Loading Washer was chosen as this model is of a higher commercial grade of parts. The upgraded motor and the extra size capacity was a no brainer. With a son who will be growing into a teenager shortly, it was the right choice.

It washes good, really didn't have to put much effort. Really sucks I am short so it hard for me to get the clothes. Would like a built in stool. That would've been awesome. Has different settings to choose from. My clothes does come out clean every single time.

I was about to not to buy this washer because of bad reviews I read before but they are wrong, totally wrong. This is a great machine, noise is minimum to nothing, 50 min and less for heavy loads and I really like the warning sounds. I will definitely recommend this product.
