Family of 5 needed to replace an old front load washer that wasn't performing (error codes and bad smell). We finally upgraded and are kicking ourselves for waiting as long as we did. This thing powers thru laundry! After years of struggling to keep up with the mounds of clothes and blankets we are free from the piles!

Great machine, very quite and has done a fantastic job cleaning clothing.

Let me just say that I was sick and tired of my front load washer. I never felt that my clothes were as clean as they could be and I constantly had to fight the scum that would build up inside the door. Switching to a top load washer with an agitator was the way to go. I can even add extra water even though it’s a HE washer. I don’t regret this purchase at all.

This is our first new washer in 15 years. Boy have they come a long way. Great features !! We love how easy it is to operate. This thing spins at warp speed and clothes come out super dry ( shortening time in dryer ). We wanted a new model with an AGITATOR and this fits the bill perfectly.

Has all of the bells and whistles and a central agitator, which is preferred for our usage. Does make a lot of noise when starting and sensing load, adding water as load weight increases with wetness. Washes well, no problems mechanically so far.

Easy to use machine , works quiet , load capacity is great for us.

This washer was recommended by a salesman who informed me that Maytag had a washer with agitator, that he purchased last year. He was surprised to see how clean his clothes were. I then looked it up and saw that many had the same comments. It is far and above the best washer I have owned,. It has multiple setting and performs beautifully. I just hope it has a long life.

We've had this for almost 3 years now, and have never had a single problem, unlike every other washer we've had! The controls are very simple, and everything is easy to load. The fill hoses never break, and it's much quieter any other. Of course, since this is a top-loader, you need to make sure you can reach inside!

We had an original (other brand) efficient washer without agitator and had a lot of trouble with clothes not getting wet and not getting clean. This washer is a newer generation of efficient washers mandated by law. (stupid) BUT it works well and has an agitator. It works to our satisfaction and DOES actually get the clothes wet and clean.

We had a front-load washer previously, and I hated it. It took a while to find a washer with an agitator that had the capacity we were looking for. It has plenty of different cycles, gets the clothes clean, and doesn't leave a nasty smell like our front-load did.

Very happy with how well it cleans the clothes. Very quite also.
