This washer is very efficient and so easy to use. I like all the options that it offers for really nice, clean clothes. The fact that it uses less detergent is an added bonus. It is also very quiet .

This is a great washing machine which requires a learning curve if you are upgrading from the old "dumb" washers. My biggest advise is to explore many options available by doing smaller test runs until you hit the "sweet spot". Myself, after trying many different options, the Normal mode with high fill works the best for me for medium to large loads. For smaller loads just Normal. It will use less water than you probably are accustomed for, but don't worry, this is actually by design. I use regular HE Tide which gives the best results IMO. Best Buy delivery was great, they will go above and beyond to help you.

i absolutely LOVE this washer.. its so quiet, user friendly, very high tech looking, and just think this was such a great buy.. my whole family loves it.. we bought the matching dryer with it, love them both!!

Purchased this washer several months ago primarily because it was the only one that would fit in my laundry closet. Thus far, I think it's working as well as it could. I still think that the paucity of water is a little iffy in terms of cleaning (how on earth does it clean with such little water?) but then again, I think all high efficiency washers nowadays use very little water. So far, it's been able to eliminate food stains from clothes so I guess that's a good thing.

We were in need of a ew washer and dryer and this one met the bill perfectly. I love all the features it has and it is definitely an upgrade to what we had. Love that it tells us once it is done.

Love the capacity of this washer. Washes well. Only drawback is the thumping when adjusting the water level.

Very good washing machine and it is very quiet. Large capacity and automatically calculates enough water depending on the wash load so that is a plus as far as saving water. So far have not had any trouble.

so happy I decided to stick with Maytag and get this washer. so glad I did. it's very quiet and does the job well. no issues so far. loving my new Maytag. looks sleek and doesn't take up much space.

Needed a new washer. Many changes since 11 years ago when we bought our washer. Large capacity is really nice. All the electronics are ok but not really necessary. Everything today is about efficiency and conserving water. Loads are washed with very little water and residue can be an issue. However, We use the deep fill option and things are good

After having a washer for 15 years I had to let it go and find a new one. After much research, I am very happy with my purchase. Not only does it look sleek and clean, but its a perfect size to fit into my laundry 'closet' and does an awesome job in cleaning my laundry. Wasnt thrilled at first by not being able to choose my water level (like to have more water for a 'loose' wash) but it has exceeded my expectations. Maytag also has a wonderful mfg warranty for peace of mind, I am very happy with my choice, and if anyone is 'thinking' about it, I say GO FOR IT , you will NOT be dissappointed!

I love this washer! My clothes are so much cleaner and I can put 2 or 3 blankets in it at a time.... my old washer could barley handle one. I get laundry done faster to have more time enjoying life !

Wonderful washer for my family. All the settings are excellent to choose from. Very easy to use and built well. Highly recommend especially if you have children!

Love this machine! Handles large loads for 2dirty kids and 2 adults. Very easy to use. Will be purchasing more maytag . This was also an open box so great deal!

I love all the features on my new washer. It does a very good job getting my clothes clean and spins them out very good. I especially love the feature of being able to add more water.

My wife required an agitator in the new washer after replacing a 10 year old Whirlpool. Nice upgrade from what we had. Very large capacity for big blankets, lots of towels, and lots of kids clothes.

Our wash machine went out on us and had to get something quick. There were a lot of options but with the help of a staff member, narrowed down to this one. Very easy to use and cleans great.

This washer has an agitator. A lot of HD washer don't have that feature. I think that helps get the laundry clean.

Agitator is the only way to get clothes truly clean. This washer goes back to basics and is large enough for bedding.

Dumped my Samsung for a wringer and water level control. Love having clean fresh smelling clothes again. Plus this beautiful unit is easy to operate and does not take 2 hrs per load.

Bought it a month ago, so far we are very pleased with the way it washes, leaves no soap on clothing. The agitator seems to make a diference.
