NEVER gets enough water to cover the clothes--even on high fill. 2. The clothes get all clumped to one side so I have to interrupt the cycle to get the thing open and rearrange the clothes. 3. The "see-through" top is worthless when using hot water due to the steam buildup. 4. Takes nearly an hour start-to-finish for a regular load set to high fill (which never really gets the clothes covered)--and I never ever load more than half full. 5. The clothes don't have that "clean" scent when the machine is done with the cycle. Pros: it's much quieter than my 13-yo Maytag that never had a service call before the transmission went out. If they still made that model I'd buy it.

Gave it two stars because of it and the fact that every time I buy one, have had 3 now, they get more noisy. I won't live long enoght to buy another, but it seems they will never learn. Perhaps, the enginnners should take one home and see and hear.

Learning to use digital controls is the price one pays when eliminating the most commonly worn out component....mechanical timer.

Spacious, looks good, and love the fact that I can customize the water level, the extra spin, and the "sensing," automatic mode that the washer sense how much water is needed.

Needless to say, we started using the new one immediately and caught up on our wash within a few of days. It is a very good machine and has better features than the one it replaced.
