Purchase Date: Feb 9, 2022. Now it’s broken Dec. 14, 2023. Lasted less than 2 years. Customer service said it’s out of warranty. The user interface control board (touch screen) is not working. I will take it to the dumpster and buy a different brand. I had a Samsung washer that lasted 2 years and now this Maytag washer lasted less than 2 years. I will keep looking for a manufacturer that makes quality dependable washers.

The service rep. at the store that assisted us with the purchase was excellent. Our service technician that came and installed I was so content with they did not excellent job, including the fact that they arrived to a messy laundry area.

Great machine the size of the drum is large and can handle large loads of laundry. The machine also has a lot of cycles choices when it comes to doing the laundry for example quick, towels and deep wash and let’s not forget delicate.

Quiet and uses water efficiently. My only complaint is the new control buttons. The older model was easy to use instinctively.

I bought this washer April 2022, and it has already broken down in just 4 months of use. Very disappointed in making this purchase. I purchased the extended warranty but I had to contact Maytag since it's still under a year old and took about two weeks, they sent out a technician to diagnose the problem. Parts came in 3 weeks later and ASI Appliance came out to repair, washer is still making loud grinding noises which were not present before this washer failed. I'm not satisfied with the quality of this washer nor the services provided and all the hassle & inconveniences this has caused.

Nice tub. Excellent cleaning of clothes. However, still trying to master the sequence of steps to get clothes in washer and the start cycle.

This washer is nice and meets all of our needs and then some so far. I also recommend the minimal delivery and set up fee as this was quite helpful. We haven’t used the WiFi settings yet as it seems lazy, but it’s available if need it.

My favorite brand is Maytag. Great quality! I have no problems. It takes a little time to learn all the functions, but it is all worth it.

Very complicated. Way too many buttons. Just wanted a simple washing machine.

The cycles are a bit long , but you can get a lot of laundry complete in a single load. Would recommend pairing with the maytag app.

Washer is great. Has many features for a family that is busy. Large tub capacity is nice. The ability to make custom setting is awesome; as well as the option to start washer with cell phone.

Excellent washer. Love the heavy duty setting. Has extra rinse cycle and water saving options.

Have had 2 of these machines delivered making loud noises and bleach dispenser leaked all over floor. Getting a different make and model.

I love my new washer and the service from Best Buy is great. The staff in the store was very helpful. Uriel who delivered and que installed my washer super helpful. I was pleased all the way around.

What I like most about this washer is the flexibility it offers in water depth choices and spin cycles. This versatility makes this washer an excellent purchase.

Purchased in December and so far my dryer has been great. Clothes comes out dry every time and feeling great. Haven’t had to use the boost yet or know of a reason to use when clothes come out perfectly.

Wish it had a wash cycle for “Colors. Have to choose a wash cycle and change water temperature every time I wash dark colors.

We are more than pleased with the performance, quality and customer service rendered with the MAYTAG washer and dryer ! Have already recommended Best Buy and your service for the three products we recently purchased1
