I miss my 15 year old Kenmore Elite! This washer is very noisy!

I have owned this washer for 23 months. It’s giving an error code, repair company has done the troubleshooting for the error code and determined it is a short somewhere in the control panel. Nothing that we did to break this. I tried to use the warranty that I thought I had bought with Best Buy, that was a joke. I called Maytag to ask if they had any coverage and they told me no. The only option is to pay out of pocket to repair. The part alone is $400 Really???? $1000 machine doesn’t last even two years and neither the manufacturer or the retailer will stand behind the product? Not too many people can afford a $700 repair right now, especially on a nearly new product. It would be understandable of the machine broke from wear and tear, but it just broke because it’s made with crap parts. Super disappointing. Won’t be back to purchase from either of these companies.

This good one bit making lot of noise and they are loud

Fabulous washer..... Very deep so if you are short, look for a different model! So many cycles and the computer in the washer decides the time, etc for you

This machine has a brain. It is able to do many things and I am still learning about all that it can do.

Washer is very quite with a lot of cycle options and glass top is very convenient the only thing I have noticed was the leveling feet are plastic and two of them where smashed

Quick delivery and the guys were friendly, quick with install . We got texts to let us know when they’d be expected and the constant contact was a great necessity for us. Thank you

It was a little different because you have to hold the button for 3 seconds for it to start the load but overall is a great machine!

Just received and tried. Seems good so far and much easier to operate than I was led to believe. Sam and other delivery person were very nice, careful and helpful. So far so good!

I was a bit skeptical about purchasing this as an open-box item however the small dent isn't noticeable and the machine works great.

Unfortunately I received my Maytag washer broken from Best Buy so I didn't get to use it and I wouldn't get a replacement until January. I ended up purchasing the same washer from Lowes and got it the next day. Overall, nice washer. I love the size. This washer definitely has lots of power. Only thing I don't like are the long washing cycles.

Delivery man was very knowledgeable about washer and very helpful in demonstrating how to use the washer. I am very well pleased with it.

Awesome set Ive always preferred top load washers over front.

Great washing machine. Water selection feature offer different water levels. Auto select - senses the load size and adds the correct amount of water.

This washer has a great look and color with many with many additional feature like being able to connect to Alexa and remote start.

Machine works great. More complicated than needed. Don’t need my washer hooked up to WiFi.

We purchased a new Maytag washer and dryer replacing our old Maytags. We’ve only had them for a short time and really like them so far. Removal of old Maytags and installation of new ones were excellent. I tried to rate it as excellent, but your rating system didn’t let me.

I love the washer. The first Maytag i had for 9 years before it was time for a new one. This one is so much better and stylish.

Everything good delivery and product. Like the size tub!

This machine does not balance. Unless you put in a very tiny load of light clothes, it will walk across the laundry room floor. We had a load with five bath towels that ended up throwing the machine so far out of balance that it busted the entire drum assembly. Best Buy replaced it and the second one did the same. Although the machine goes through the steps to self balance, it does not accomplish this and it is not functional for large loads. We ended up choosing a completely different machine.
