    the first washer we got was too deep to retrieve the clothes from bottom of tub for the mrs. this one was better

    Must be cleaned after 14 wash loads. Won't let you use unless you do the clean cycle with its special cleaner.

    Regretting our decision to go from a front load to this. Not sure how I feel so far about this machine... we've had it for 28 days and it was serviced this morning. We were told the insides pretty much exploded, and basically everything needs to be replaced. I don't understand how this happens considering we have only done small loads and always make sure everything is balanced out properly. It's made loud noises since we got it, and it has been making a grinding noise so loud you could literally hear it down the street. I'm hoping the second washer coming will be better. I'm happy to update this review after some time with the second washer.
