It's three months old and we haven't been able to use it for five weeks. Maybe not the machine's fault but definitely Maytag. It's still under warranty so we have to use a local servicer who Maytag chooses. First service appt was three weeks out so many trips to laundromat later, they call to cancel the appt because the part they need is on backorder and it could be another three to four weeks! Not happy so contacting our credit card company to dispute the charge and see if that works. Maytag is only offered us a three month extension on our warranty for our inconvenience. Never again will I buy an appliance from them.
