Best Buy has subcontract with company Whirlpool that hires Goodman Home Solutions - they cancelled our appointment for June 28th because they thought our warranty expired in spite of sending proof of purchase on May 5, 2023 three times and they never acknowledge my emails with images of proof! We are NOT happy about this and now we have to wait until July 6th to have them over to fix whatever problem is!!!

Returned after 10 days

I was not impressed. It was very loud on the spin cycle and had minimal options that are not easy to view for cycle settings. It was leveled perfectly, but when washing a slightly larger load of laundry it often became off balance and required us to remove the specific piece of laundry that was causing the machine to go off balance and then we would have to start the cycle over. I don't know if this is typical for this machine, or if we just got a dud, but we returned for a different brand after 10 days...

Best buy only stands behind it for 15 days (unless you get an extended warranty)and since I had trouble with the connections when it was first delivered that was gone before I could get things running. Now I had to call maytag to service my new machine. Due to covid it will take 7-14 days to get the parts I need. I am not happy!

It has been programmed to MAKE you run a wash cycle without warning, no heads up. After loading clothes into washer & attempting to start a cycle, you can't do so. Must take your clothes out and run this mandatory clean cycle which takes over a hour & uses lots of hot water, Some say this happens every 14 loads, others say every 30. A reminder would be nice but stopping the machine in its tracks until you run the clean cycle is unacceptable, irritating and controlling. Come on Maytag...I am quite capable of determining when to clean my washer. Have had other issues as well with cycles not completing. Had washer since August of 2020 & the repair guy has reset its "brain" and a new "brain" is on order. Looks beautiful but wish I had bought a different washer.

Adding water, adding an extra rinse basically adding any additional features does not work.

That’s why I went with Maytag again. But this washer does not live up to the ratings on here. Extremely disappointed for the price I paid. Dark clothes always come out with either soap spots or dry spots. Can’t make out what they are. Have to do a quick wash afterwards every time. The agitator doesn’t agitate like my previous Maytag. All other clothes come out super wrinkled after wash. Sucks to be stuck with this one.

We did three washes and it crapped out . Hopefully it was just something stupid . We are getting it replaced

Does not actually clean

We bought it for the agitator to move the clothes around but it does not move the clothes. Very dissapointing. Bought a GE and im very happy now
