Bad washer

Got fixed but then later started having more problems i had the technician fixed it for so many other problems. I was pretty upset i didnt get it replace or my money back

Dirty clothes

Was traveling most of 8 months so didnt pay much attention. Since being home have noticed the clothes dont get clean. Watched a whole cycle and some the clothes never left the top of the wash. Agitator didnt cycle them so they never get clean. They barely get wet.

Trash $950 purchase and Maytag Warranty service DOES NOT stand by their products. It died in 27 months. I’ve never seen this before.

Maytag issues

One the tub came loose and shook like crazy. 2nd washer had bad electrical smell that stunk up room. That was enough for me with Maytag washers. Got a Samsung washer now and love it. Maytag and Whirlpool are same company now. I didn't know that until after I bought it.

Purchased for our vacation home and never worked properly. Advertises large capacity but only washed 2 to 3 towels or it will not agitate properly! Because I thought I was buying a good name product did not purchase Best Buy insurance and was told only 14 days allowed for a refund!

We called Maytag for repair and are still waiting for the parts. I guess the Maytag repairman is very busy. Very disappointed in the product and Maytag in general.
