The first one was delivered with a huge dent in the side. 2 weeks for replacement but its been mitigated.

So far, so good! Thus washer is similar to the one that doesn't work. I hope it continues to work like it dows now 10 years from now.

We purchased this Maytag Washer and we love it. Smart washer that saves us on water and electricity.

I was aftaid but it's really good. Derty child's clothes is like new, washes more quality than my previous Panda mashine.

Replaced an 18 year old Whirlpool Cabrio washer and am very disappointed. A lot noisier then my old washer was, along with clanking and vibrating the floor. (Yes its level)

You may as well wash all of your clothes by hand! This washer wastes time, energy and money. I have lived with this washer for about 2.5 years. In that time, it has sporadically but repeatedly failed to completely saturate the clothes with water. I have removed clothing that is still dry, despite having gone through an HOUR of washing. That's the other thing about this machine. It takes forever. It's loud. And the timer display is not even accurate. It will display 1:00 (an hour) and then will take more than an hour to run. I've also had expensive lingerie destroyed so badly it looked as if it had been used as a tug of war toy between two dogs. A dime failed to pass the pocket-emptying test and ended up in the washer, got sucked or fell into the crack in the bottom of the wash bin, taking the slip along with it. The slip is riddled with holes. It has also destroyed multple bras ($40 apiece). If you want to your home to sound like a noisy industrial area for many hours per week, buy this. If you want you clothes destroyed, buy this. If you want your clothes to be unclean, buy this. If you want to take time out of your day to periodically lift the lid (which is glass but is so dark that you cannot actually see into the wash basin -- so what's the point?!) to see if your clothes are being submersed in water, buyt his. If you want to stop the washer to stick your hands or a broom handle into the basin to ensure that your clothes do get covered in water, buy this. Personally, I HATE this machine. It' has damaged Maytag's reputation and I will likely never buy another Maytag product again. (maytag model mvwb765fc2, serial C81771339, type 589-02) When I have time to mess with photos, I will upload pix of the dry shirt and the ripped slip -- more time out of my life that I should not have to waste. Maytag = bad quality.

Very happy. Lots of options for different types of wash loads. The transparent lid is nice feature.

Less than three years and it died - we could hear what sounded like a faint grinding sound, then a funny smell and the unit turned off. Display won't come on, nothing works and we have clothes locked in. Does Maytag give you a simple, or obvious way to unlock the washer? Nope. Is there a model number on the front of the washer so you can look it up? Nope. Replacement parts are more than half the cost of the washer alone, only for them to possibly fail in three more years. Absolutely no chance. My last washer was a GE and worked for more than 10 years. I'll never buy another Maytag appliance again.

After 2 years it was not working. It worked well to start, but it won't run anymore. It is very frustrating. Never had a washer only last that long.

The 10-year warranty is only for two specific parts. My machine is broken (transmission), and the part costs $780 with installation - more than I paid for the machine. Then, when I said no thank you to the service scheduled through the Maytag website, the tech told me I owe $149 for him just coming out! The language of the warranty is intentionally misleading, in my opinion, as is the language on the service page, as it says, your service may be covered under warranty. Do NOT purchase!

This is the loudest washer I have ever bought. It comes with an app that lets you put it on quiet mode, does not work. It is not only loud on spinning, but even when adding water...makes a grinding type noise, its brand new, so should not have a defect yet. Also, unless you put it on the 2 hour extra wash bulky item setting, it does not add enough water to it, washed a small blanket, it came out half dry, that was after a two hour wash cycle. I will never buy a maytag again!!

This Washing machine is Extremely noisey Ive had it for 3 days now and done 5 loads of laundry and the noise is just unacceptable, the washing machine will be going back !

I had my last washer Maytag and I loved the new one also.

The transmission in this washer failed after three years. Maytag. The 10 year warranty didn't cover the transmission. I bought a Maytag based on dependability that was a mistake. I'll never buy another Maytag again.

Really bad washer ever!!! If I can give it a zero star I would! I spent so much money and expected a good washer and all it does is give me a headache! It is constantly saying washer is uneven load! But I put all socks in each load, all shirts in the load etc… every time I turn it on to wash I have to stay and wait for it to say uneven load and it does! I hate it! They have came to check it twice and they say these washers are meant to act up with big loads.. I can’t ever wash my blankets because it will not wash! I hate it! I regret this washer! Please don’t buy!
