It's now been three times where the clothes come out soaking wet, so heavy you can barely pick them up. It gets stuck at a time and just fills the tub, spins, fills the tub. I'm afraid it's going to flood our house one day

Junk. Buyer Beware!

The service guy came out 7 days later and did a temporary repair that lasted one week. It stopped working again today and the service company says they have no idea when the part will arrive. It may work for some but if it stops working good luck getting a working machine anytime soon.
