Switched back to a traditional Toploader after we found out we didn’t like the front loader. This is super easy to use, quiet, and has washed out the Mildew smell Of all the towels! Best purchase ever!

So far so good. Easy to use and great capacity. When you see the washer start to spin at full speed for the first time it is pretty impressive how fast it goes.

We have had this washer for almost five months now, and are still very happy with it! It does a fantastic job with everything I have thrown at it, and with kids and pets that’s a lot. I love the auto-fill water level feature, and the great variety of cycles and settings- it saves what you set to each cycle setting, so the next time you wash a similar load it’s ready to go with just the turn of a dial.
The only thing that annoys me is the start button- you have to press and hold it for three seconds- which is a ridiculous complaint honestly, I know, but it’s literally all I have to gripe about with this machine and thought I’d throw it in there.

We haven’t had this long, but it is a huge upgrade from what we were used to. It’s very user-friendly and looks great in our space. It has a large tub, even with the agitator.

Other than being a little loud, this is a great washing machine. I find the digital display easy to use. The capacity is large and you can adjust water levels. I'm happy with it so far!

Too little water for auto setting. I'm glad that deep fill provides override of the auto setting. I never use the auto setting. change the auto setting.
Also too many wash setting. Less is better.

Stopped washing after three loads. Maytag sent a repairman the next week. Was a loose electrical connection. Has been working fine since the repair. The optional app for the washer is terrible. Took about an hour to connect to the washer. The washer does send me a text when the load is finished. I like that. I will be pleased if it continues to do this well.

Excellent washing machine. Easy to use, wash Barrel looks as though it would be easy to keep clean. Very large capacity handles all my work clothes well.

Originally bought a Samsung front loader, ended up not liking them and returned them for these. Overall I couldn't be happier so far a month in and they seem very reliable outside of the legs the dryer sits on. Bestbuy kinda messed up on the delivery process the first go around and I'm surprised to say they entirely redeemed themselves this time around. If you're looking for a semi-fancy top loader with an agitator I'd recommend looking at these. I'm no expert, but after my hours of research I could say that this was a good buy.

Love this washer! The price point is amazing for a washer that works so well and is so high tech. Bought this after moving into our new home and the washer that came with the house crapped out on us after being there 2 months. This washer fits large loads of clothes and does a great job. Will be getting the matching dryer eventually

Replaced an old front load LG unit. Cycles take more time but the clothes are definitely coming out cleaner. When I first unboxed the machine and went to run a cycle it threw up an error code. I could hear the water pump that drains the water running even though the machine had not run any water yet. I was about to return the it, but before I did I went in through the bottom of the machine and disconnected the electrical connector to the water pump and then reconnected it. Not sure why that fixed it but it has been working like a champ since
