I bought it a year and a half ago and get error codes constantly. The drum gets out of balance very easily. I won’t purchase this brand again.

I wish they would last as long as they used to. I don't like getting error codes. They make me nervous. This washer could be quieter. The washer it replaced was quieter.

It’s a big enough washer to handle our king size comforter with ease, and the quick wash option is ideal for cleaning smaller items in a hurry. Overall I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

I’m really enjoying washing my clothes. The extra power button is really helpful too to get that extra clean.

No more wiping out the gasket, n keeping the door open for days, n no more smell. YAY!! It is easy to use n the quick wash cycle is just that--quick. Maytag quality for sure. I AM VERY happy with my new washer!!

Not worth the $. Loud and low quality

Quickly became unbalanced and has had a loud knock since it was installed. It now sounds like the pump is wearing out and is making a loud squeal mid cycle.

The wifi features don't really add anything to the overall experience. Fits just about anything you would typically put in it. Everything has came out pretty clean.

My only issue is that it turns out a hose is needed that should have been ordered at the same time, and it would have been good if the website had recommended this.

It runs very quietly and the clothes get cleaned efficiently. The one thing I would have changed is the amount of water per load. I make sure mine is kept on high so I know for sure all my clothes are getting wet.

The sales people had no clue about the different machines and what sets them apart. If you have questions research online. Don't expect the kids in the store to know about the products. If I didn't need one that day, they wouldn't have sold it...
