The smart feature is quite useful as you can program the washer to start at a certain time and you will also get a notification when it is done washing. the only down side is that after the trial period you will need to pay for the app to keep using the "smart" features. This is something that should be included with the purchase. Like with the Samsung appliances.

We did and still do not encounter all the problems as others have stated. I have always believed in the quality of Maytag products, and still do. It’s worth the money, do your research and move forward with your purchase. I know you won’t be sorry. And lastly get this one because it has a aviator, and the Deep Fill water option works wonderful, Lastly, Michael and Shawn were outstanding with the delivery, knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly.
