He was very patient and answered all my questions. He was a big part of the reason I bought my washer from Best Buy. The two guys who installed my washer were also great. I asked them to write their names on the completion form, but can’t quite read it. Looks like it could be Carlos and Germain????

The unloading and installation went well. On Friday Sept. 3, 2021 the unit stopped mid-cycle. It did not drain the water hence, it would not start. Since it was a holiday weekend, we could not contact Maytag till Tuesday Sept. 7th. We did and waited on the phone for over 15 minutes for a rep. They advised to reset the circuit breaker in the electrical panel and restart the machine. We did and it didn't restart. After a second call, Maytag made an appointment for a technician. He is scheduled for sometime Sept. 14th. .At this point in time we are not happy with the service and Maytag.

The auto fill design results in water levels that are too low to completely clean my clothes. I have to manually adjust the level. It has an occasional screechy noise problem that despite warranty repair has never fully been resolved. The local warranty repair company is awful; I actually sent a message to corporate telling them to find another servicer.

It's fairly quiet. Hope it lasts 20 years like our last Maytag! The Bluetooth feature is nice to tell you when the load is done.

The clothes stuck up above the water line and never really got wet. The deep water feature is bogus and does not give you enough water to even cover the clothes. The hot water is not really hot. All rinses are cold. There were several other things that were unacceptable.
