I love my new washing machine. It is easy to operate and the clothes come out clean. The only issue I have is the clothes need to be pulled apart when coming out of the washer in order to go in the dryer.

Large capacity and I was concerned switching from my front loader but this machine washes as good as the front loader.
Cons you have to select each wash to use fabric Softener, a bit noisy when it first starts

Have this washing machine about a month and very impressed with it. Multiple laundry settings allows for efficient use of water (hot, cold, overall) and addresses just about every laundry need. Very large capacity. Most importantly, the clothes are clean! Nice looking, too. Really like the glass top so you can see what's happening. The end of cycle notification is a nice feature. I highly recommend this product!!

We love Maytag (washers, dryers ) and this replaced a 15 year old plus washer. My my, what improvements we're seeing now! Love the new machine. More capacity, more choices for the mode of wash, easy to use, and washers turn out great

I absolutely love my machine it has a large tub gets my clothes clean and I love the design this the machine I wanted and would have purchased at another competitor company but he kept pushing for another model and he lied about the maytag stating that customers complained that it leaked when in use which I couldn't understand since Maytag is a top brand But Bestbuy and their staff took great care of us they delivered for free removed the old washer for free and installed the new one for free.how great is that we loved them so much my husband took me back 2 weeks later and we purchased our stove. Plus the staff took time and were professional and answered every question we had Bestbuy you have the right name you are simply The Best.

Machine does a nice job cleaning but is a lot noisier than my 20 year old Kenmore and takes twice as long to do a load. I am not a fan of the locking lid since it makes it difficult to add an article of clothing you may have missed but that seems to be the norm with all washers these days.

This is my third set of Maytag washers and dryers. Bought my first set around 1987, second set around 2002. I always buy the middle-of-the-road model; not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Everyone says that appliances are getting less reliable, but I've had great success with Maytag. I am very impressed with this washer. The tub seems to be much larger, and wow! is is quiet when it runs. I also like the new feature where the washer determines how much water is needed. We seem to be using less water, and everything is just as clean as when we had our previous washer.

Compared to 2005 GE washer

First one delivered broke with a transmission oil leak the first day.
Best Buy backed their sale and replaced the washer which has been working for the last 3 weeks.
This machine replaced a GE top loader that was 16 years old. My rating is compared to that.
PROS: 1) Larger tub, 2) The ability to wash in hot water (GE only blended to very warm water), 3) Spin gets more water out of the load,
CONS: 1) First unit broke the first day, 2) Load sensor to determine how much water to put in seems to start to agitate without enough water which in my mind will cause excessive wear on the clothes (This can be overridden on some cycles). 3) Wash cycle/agitator begins to move while some clothes are dry and the tub is not filled. 4) Lid locks (vs shutting off when lifted) More clothes or soap or softener cannot be added and the washing cannot be observed or checked on. (Glass top is not very good as it is too dark inside the deep tub to see inside, and steam clouds the glass lid. 5) the wash cycle cannot be paused. To open the lid is to drain and spin the load at whatever point of the cycle it is at. 6) The blended agitator grabs strings and knots sleeves much more than the old GE.
Only time will tell about whether I get 16 years out of this machine and whether I decide on if this machine is hard on my clothes. Lastly I got the bigger tub to wash bedding blankets quilts and comforters. That I have not yet done. As for recommending this Yes or No, at this early point in my ownership I would go with no - given all the other machines out there, do your research. I tried to get a machine with some history - the reviews were average and I am comparing to a 16 year old washer.

I really love my new washer. The capacity is huge and my clothes come out extremely clean. I've done more than 30 loads of laundry to day and absolutely no complaints. It has options that are relative to my laundry but not too many bells and whistles. I hope we are enjoying this unit for years to come.

Pros: able to reach the inside the bottom of drum for loose socks,
allows different water levels, cycle complete signal, digital time remaining readout, spins out clothing almost to the point of dry-which drastically cuts down dryer time.
Cons: sometimes some weird noises

Although it’s a little louder than I expected it does a good job. Easy to operate too. The guys who delivered it were great. Professional, and done in 20 minutes. Very friendly, polite and masked up. Love shopping at Best Buy. I always have a good experience

I like the product well it does the job. I had a Maytag Bravo that I had to replace. This machine is very noisy other than that it does the job. I also miss the rinse cycle that was available on the Bravo. I like that this model has the agitator.

Overall, I think I'm happy with this. It replaces the only front-loader I've ever used (which came with the house I bought ten years ago) and which I never liked, so it's been a while since I've used a top-loader. This machine is noisy as the sensors figure out what to do. Also it doesn't seem to like smaller loads and spins awkwardly at first. Last, I have found a little residue left on a few dark pieces of clothing that I then washed a second time. I don't think I'll bother to rerun it but it isn't perfect.
Works so much better than our 22 yearold Whrilpool

We were a bit nervous going from a completely manual washer that we have been happy with for 22years to one that had much more of a computer interface. Wow. What a difference. So much more quiet and the automatic settings work perfectly. Some of the reviews talk about I know noisy it is but obviously they were not replacing a very old machine. while it has different noises, it's much quieter. Also, the water levels are great. Not only can we get two loads done in one but the water levels are more than adequate. Still a bit nervous about the computer settings failing but so far this is an amazing washing machine!

Very pleased with purchase. Washer was available for delivery quickly. Great capacity washer holding and washing full family clothes needs. Easy operation. Great install experience - quick and efficient. Washing clothes the same day. Can already tell the difference over old Washer with time and energy savings.

Haven't used this very much yet, but I can say it is louder than I thought it would be. We bought with the statement it was a quiet washer, however we do not consider this a quiet washing machine. It is very pretty to look at. I do not care for the top being locked that you can not add clothing after starting the washing machine. I had one of the old fashion washing machines where you could open and close the top for additions and the agitator was powerful. This agitator is not as good as what I had. I really like the new feature that measure the water itself.

I love this washer that my grandson bought for me. It washes well and has lots of bells and whistles. For example, you can download an app on your phone and you can program the washer from your phone and it will let you know when the load is finished! The only downside, it's a bit loud.

We bought this washer with our dryer (review made). Made in the USA! this product is one the workers at Maytag can brag about. I never had a machine so easy to use or get my clothing so clean. I’d buy it again - I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a well priced, excellent washing machine.
