I love my new washer! It is user friendly and efficient. The spin cycle is quiet...I am glad I bought it. The installation team was personable and informative. Great purchasing experience!

Love my new washer I like the extra capacity it has and also the smoked glass lid . It is also easy to use and I like all the different settings it has.

We've only had this for around a month but it's done a pretty good job in that time. The wifi features don't really add anything to the overall experience. Fits just about anything you would typically put in it. Everything has came out pretty clean.

Love this washer. Have had trouble in the past with washers going out of balance due to wooden floor. Not an issue with this Maytag. Washes great. Easy learning curve. Selections cover anything I would need. Would highly recommend this washer.

Live it! It actually gives you a full tub of water for large loads. I replaced an 800.00 Samsung front load that stopped spinning for my Maytag. Best decision ever. I finally feel like my clothes are getting clean.

I've had this washer for 4 months and its making super loud noises when its washing and i'm not sure its going to last. we will be calling for warranty because it seems like its going to fall apart. We put in two throws that were 60x70 on there then we first noticed it. Now with normal loads it seems to struggle.

Although it was dented on delivery it doesn't affect it's efficiency. I am using this machine until a replacement is delivered. I am glad I was able to find a washer with an agitator.

Excellent washing machine. Huge tub even with the agitator. Uses less water and gets clothes very clean. Cuts down on dry times by a lot with its fast spin cycle. Read directions and load clothes properly and this thing is great

Huge capacity tub. Figuring out load start up was a little confusing at first. Probably because I never read the manual:) It spins a lot of the water out, hence quicker dry time. So far, very happy with this product.

This washer has been nothing but a problem since the day I got it, almost 3 years ago now. I am so thankful i bought the 3 year geek squad plan because the constant repairs would have broke my wallet. If you buy this, make sure you get bumpers for along the bottom because if anything gets bumped under it, it will suck it up into the parts and break the thing. It is also SUPER loud, i live in a manufactured home and you can hear it through the whole house and it shakes so much it knocks the hoses against the walls on the other side of my bedroom wall. All this to say it doesnt seem to clean well either. I suggest looking at another brand because maytag has gone downhill lately.

Great washing machine. It's extremely quite and has many features for all of your washing needs. I was from old school washing machines,so it took a couple of washings to figure all the features. It does great with King size comforters etc. I didn't realize how big the tub was until I got it home. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you Maytag and Best Buy.

Needed a larger size washer that had an agitator Many on market only have impeller Great size many control options easy to understand and use

I’ve always used Maytag products so it was no surprise that it worked as expected. The color is beautiful and runs very efficiently.

Many great options. Happy with agitator. Cleans clothes better than my previous front loader with various deep water option. Just would like to be able to raise height of machine to match dryer height.

The May Tag washer we bought is great. It is easy to use and cleans the clothes well. A very good value for the money and very dependable.

It looks good and the large tub makes it easy to wash whatever you need to. Once you use 2 or 3 times and know the functions then this becomes very easy to use. Like the delayed wash option.

As technology advance machines just do what they were programmed to do. Sometimes my cloth just needs more water and the washer just doesn’t give you anymore. Maytag still needs to improve much more in making this washer in a way they just don’t shake that much when rinsing. It’s 2022 and they still make the same noise as 10 years ago. Not impressed!!! Will have to try Kenmore next time.

I was not excited to have to replace my previous washer (which lasted 15 years). I knew I wanted a Maytag and an agitator was a must have and found this model. I love the large capacity! Queen comforters are no problem! It is extremely quiet! I haven’t used the smart feature yet but love that it’s an option. I look forward to using this machine for many years!

When we bought our house 5 years ago it came with a top loading washer - great, we didn’t have our own before. Not so great once I realized how much the impeller style machines suck. Constant issues with off balance loads & needing to spin out the sopping wet clothes plus the insanely long cycle times led us to pull the trigger on buying one with the old fashioned agitator. Research & reviews led me to Maytag and I’m sure glad they did. This machine has been a truly terrific upgrade over the old one. Wash cycles now average under an hour, never an issue with off balance loads or respinning after the cycle is done, and the soap dispenser feature helps keep things nice and neat with none of the laundry spots you get from dropping the soap in the bottom of the basin. So why 4 stars and not 5? Simple, the “smart” features. Don’t get me wrong, they’re terrific - but I’m disgusted by the fact that it’s a subscription service. They give you a 6 month trial but then it’s a pay service for the machine to be connected to your wifi and send you notifications for end of cycle, errors etc. paying monthly for this is absurd and nothing short of a cash grab. That nonsense to the side this really is a tremendous machine and a worthwhile investment.

This washer satisfies all of my needs ... large capacity but handles small loads too, ease of operation, smart technology with the ability to understand how to operate without special skills.
