I like the top loading feature better than the front loading. It does a good job of cleaning the clothes It does a great job on queen size bed sheets and comforter.

I read so many reviews before settling on this washer and I'm happy so far. It gets almost daily use and it's been great. The only problem I've had is when it stops because it's unbalanced. It tells you with a flashing light and both times it was my fault. I would much rather it stop then wreck itself so this is helpful.

Great washer had to learn digital selection. Price was in my budget

I love my new Maytag washing machine. The tub is large enough to wash a comforter, which is very helpful. The wash cycles are quick and don't seem to use as much water as some washers.

The Washing Machine arrived in damaged (sidewall bent) condition that keeps it from being leveled perfectly. However it nevertheless does a great job of washing clothing. Still waiting on replacement or repair...

Owned other Maytags so I'm familiar with the product, this recent purchase is getting the job done, happy with it.

This is my first smart washer, it is wonderful. Capacity is massive. I have not tried the app. I love all the different ways you can customize the cycles by temp, spin speed, soil level. It is very quiet too and has never seemed unstable or uneven. The in home set through best buy was perfect, friendly and informative.

We chose this because it has an agitator which cleans better than impellers. This machine cleaned the clothes well but it lasted only 20 days. The Maytag chosen service man came out and said the machine was toast, needed all new electronics and to send the machine back. Every brand runs into lemons now and then, we decided to move to a different brand.

Very nice washing machine. It allows small or large loads and you can adjust the water level according to the load being washed, which comes in handy when washing comforters and other large loads. Lots of options for whatever you need washed.

Great new addition to our laundry room. Hated to replace our very old Maytag machines but did so reluctantly. The new ones are fabulous! The larger capacity has made laundry days a breeze.

Nice looking washer. Seems to be working well. When it's running though the machine makes a sort of growling sound. I wonder if this is normal for this washer.

Our old front load washer died and we wanted to get a new top load washer. We have ben very impressed with this new washer. Not only was it on sale but it does a great job at cleaning clothes. We would purchase this washer again.

I wanted to return within 3 days it looks great and is compact but it’s a worthless washer. In truth I took my mom to the store to purchase a new set of washer and dryer and they had a dryer there it was front load, I erroneously thought the washer was as well. Still decided to give it a try. I’ve honestly never seen such a dumb smart machine. It’s always giving error on water. We have water!! And the washing is such a joke!it automatically selects water so low that all it does is twist/bunch the clothes no washing is really done. I manually changed the fill level. Love the dryer hate the washer.

Was able to get this item in a pinch when my other washer blew up. I'm very happy with it. I love the agitator. I don't understand the wifi though. I have to pay to put wifi on my washer? I can live without that extra bill

I love my new machine. Loving the agitator. Feel clothes are getting clean. Have to get used to machine being a little noisy. Over all great product.

Large loads are a breeze with this washer! It’s quiet and it washes fairly well. They give you six months free using the Maytag app, after that it’s 99 cents per month.

This is a modern top loading washer that has new technology. It uses less water, but it also cleans much better than top loading machines 12 years ago. It is easy to use, and it connects to WiFi if you are inclined to use it. This machine looks great and seems rugged enough to last.
