Haven't had it very long but so far I am really happy with it! I can wash a comforter for a queen size bed with no problem. Hope to buy the dryer down the road!

Had this washer for about almost 2 months and it performs very well. Being use to a washer that has more water in it when it washes is A hard thing to change as this washer even in deep fill mode is Not the same. But learning with less detergent with these new washers, maybe you don’t need as much water. So far I just put deep fill and extra rice on every time for the way I’m use to, it washes and really gets all the excess water out of the cloth so the dry time is less. Up to this point I am satisfied with this Maytag Product.

I had purchased a new top load washer two years ago without the agitator and I found it not to clean clothes as well as the ones with one. I also missed the second rinse option and fill tub with water option. This one has everything I want and need!

I love this washing machine. At first, I was going to return it because I thought it was very loud. Turns out, that was because of being on the tray. We removed the tray and now it's perfect! So quiet!

love this washer and the tub is huge (we easily fit a king size mattress cover unlike our old washer which had a big tub but you had to really push it down to wash it completely)

I had a front load washer that just was not a good machine. Brought this Maytag washer top load and I am getting such good results with it.

I really didn't want to buy another Maytag machine since my recent one was barely over 10 years old and already rusting and just not a good machine. I wanted an agitator machine again and was limited on options. This one appears better quality for the price however it leaves soap residue on the clothing and it doesn't matter if you use pods or liquid soap so it appears you're going to have to do that extra rinse every single time you do laundry.

So far I have been happy with my purchase. Just every once in awhile I forget to put items in and the lid locks. Guess I just need to get used to it.

Love our Maytag washing machine. Easy to use. Has had no problems in our first year of use.

Works better than I thought. Only complaint is the locking lid. Hard to get going after opening it once the cycle has started, but does a good job

Thing runs like a champ. Has sensor and calculates the right amount of water your wash needs. So that’s sweet! Saves water if you are concerned about that whole save the planet crap. Quiet and runs efficiently. I would recommend it.

Initially the washer was hooked up wrong - cold water hose hooked up to hot water - hot water hooked up to cold water on machine. Permanent press items came out completely wrinkled. We called Maytag and they sent a serviceman out who quickly figured out the issues, switched the hoses and reset the machine. Wash is dramatically better now. But delivery issues should never have happened. Delivery men worked too fast and did not perform a check.

I was completely satisfied with my old washing machine until it recently broke. I was forced to buy a new machine did a lot of looking around online and went to Best Buy and bought the one open Carton washer they had and I'm very happy with it

Works like a charm. It’s HE plus has an agitator. I can’t believe the small amount of detergent it takes and how clean the clothes come out. The capacity is huge. It’s got so many great features. Totally recommend it.

We replaced a 9 year old front loader and I wasn't sure this would clean as well. After about a dozen loads it is doing much better than I expected. Only downer, starting the cycle by holding the start button, it seems inconsistent.

I am so pleased with this washer it really gets my clothes clean the taller agitator washes and cleans clothes so much better than low agitator

We were used to having our wash cycle completed in about 20 minutes. This cycle takes 52 minutes. The positive is that the spin cycle is excellent.

This washer cleans like a professional size washer at the laundry mat. I love its capacity to hold a large volume of items. For our family of 3 there is always space for more in the load. We can even wash a King size comforter.

I have only used this machine for a month and I am really satisfied with the way it washes and the ease of using it.
