Washes the clothes without wearing them out or even degrading the color in the clothes. Cycle lengths are great to competition. And the drum is HUGE. Easily does our comforter. Don't hesitate.

Nice washer, fairly quiet too. Easy to use and looks good too.

Purchased a new washer six months ago and its always made noise in the spin cycle. When it started sounding like a DC 10 I called for service. Whirlpool has sent paradise appliance out to our house FIVE times and the are unable to repair the washer. In fact, they have attempted to replace the drum twice. First time they said the drum sent was "out of round", third visit they said they did not have the right counter weights for the drum. Fourth visit they said they needed to order another new drum. With the visit today which was # five they said whirlpool had sent another defective drum. The plastic attachment on the back was broken. Six months new and for the last four we have been unable to use our washer. Whirlpool customer service is like dialing a call and being put on hold for hours. - Terrible service and I hope you don't make the same mistake I made with a major appliance purchase.

I have owned both top loads and front loads for over 25 years. Based on my experience, nothing compares to a front load. Cloths come out much cleaner and with less time. My only gripe is the limited selection of pedestals for this color. We do not have enough room for the 15.5 inch that matches. The other pedestal that would fit comes in white.

So far so good . Just bought it. Still learning how to use it. Good capacity. Many options to wash easy to use. Hopefully will last a long time as my previous Maytag

The washing machine is quiet, gets our clothes clean, and does everything I could ask for. The first machine that we got made a banging noise occasionally while operating. We called Best Buy, and they said we were within the return period. They scheduled delivery and installation of the replacement machine. They hauled off the old machine. No hassle. I was impressed.

Nice to have clean clothes only thing is normal load takes 110 min approx , quiet machine a plus

Happy so far with the washing machine. I love the quick wash cycle. Very easy to use. Looks like the wash is much cleaner then my old top load machine.

Great Maytag quality and dependability, the operator controls are finally at the front and easy to reach. Terrific value for a great machine that can take HUGE loads of laundry and GETS IT DONE!!

First washer purchased on 3/26/2021. The washing machine was loudly vibrating and sounded like it wasn’t balancing when going through a wash and spin cycle. Best buy came to inspect a few days later. Machine was judged to be defective and it was replaced. A new washing machine was ordered on 4/2/2021. The second washing machine was delivered 4/6/2021. First service of second washing machine called on 5/1/2021. Best Buy said they couldn’t do anything for me. So I had to call Maytag and set up a service call through them. So I have this new Maytag less than 30 days and it’s already showing F9 E1 error code. I shut the machine off and turned it back on and started it again in drain mode. It drained. Had draining issues and SD error code (Suds AKA too much soap or not using HE soap). We only buy HE soap as we have had front loaders for the last 12 years. Our first front loader was a Maytag, and lasted 12 years. The new Maytag, since whirlpool took over, is not the same as the quality once provided by Maytag when it was run by Maytag. Service tech came and inspected and said the washing machine was fine and we need to use less soap. No parts were replaced, but the unit was inspected and he mentioned that the water behind the machine was from the drain hose splashing out of drain. I still had a chance to buy a 5 year warranty from Maytag, and since it was only $175 to buy it, and having the issues I’ve had, I bought it. Error codes continued to persist. The washer was using excessive amounts of water while draining and leaving the clothes sopping wet when being pulled from washer as if load doesn’t spin dry. SD error code persists on every load. Water still pooling behind washer. Drain hose inspected several times after being washed and drain hose was dry. Tipped washer sideways after a load was complete to find water flowing out from between the washer and the pedestal. Water is clearly not coming from the drain hose and is coming out underneath the washer. Clothes smell like a gym bag after being washed. Doesn’t matter if soap is used or not, SD error code persists. HE soap is always used. No kink observed in drain hose. Sometimes there is a couple inches of water in the bottom of the washing machine tub after the load is complete and it doesn’t fully drain. Second service of second washing machine called out on 7/30/2021. Don't waste your money and buy something still made by a reputable American company like Speed Queen. If I could get my money back, I'd probably try to acquire a commercial grade product.

Excellent washers. We purchased 2 of the 4.5 and 2 of the 4.8 washers. We would have purchased the even larger one but it was not available. Easy to use and does a great job.

feel like this is one of the better ones I have used in past few years. only problem is house is wired up for top load unit and you cant change the door mounting to the other side so it really sucks trying to get the clothes from washer to dryer

So far so good.This washer is quiet,washes effectively.There is plenty of room for large loads for my family of 5.Purchased due to 10year warranty and i hope never have to use it

This a very good washer. The clothes come out very clean each time and it is quiet. I did buy the Geek Squad protection plan. After one year the fabric softener stop dispensing. Multiple attempts were made to fix the issue, but were unsuccessful. It was declared a "lemon" and was replaced with a brand new washer (same make & model). Matag is a great brand and the replacement process was a smooth. I would recommend this washer.

I love the look of this washer! The color is beautiful! It holds an enormous amount of laundry, which is always good! The only bad thing is that it sits really low and the pedestal is expensive.

I love this washer. It is very easy to operate and so quiet. My clothes come out clean every time.

Purchased as a replacement for my 10 year old washer. Overall, a lot quieter than the old washer and washers clothes great. This one has more features than the one I replaced, but have not had an opportunity to use them all.
