Love it is very spacious inside for big loads and clothes comes out sparkly clean

Good washer. Easy operation, clothes come out clean, pretty quiet for a washer.

LOVE it. My clothes have never been so clean, like huge noticeable difference clean. The tub is big enough to accommodate anything we have, the cycles are reasonable in time. No complaints at all.

Good so far, cleans well. I wish there was more documentation, manuals with the unit, went online to get some details but info in different sections and requires various download

I enjoy my new washer so much. I can wash more towels now elevating an extra load. Also, my washer takes less detergent but my clothes look cleaner especially my whites.

It does it’s job but it’s loud, takes at least an hour to complete a cycle & it gets very unbalanced easily so it start banging around! If you don’t mind any of that then it’s okay.

I had to replace my 20 year old Maytag and chose this model. It cleans very well but I find that it is much louder than my original unit. I am short and find it difficult to reach the clothes.

I've had this washer about 2 months and there are some features that I still have not used. I didn’t receive a user's manual which was surprising but I did locate it online after a bit of a search. I still need to download that. I needed a smaller sized W/D so this one fit and had the look I wanted. No agitator option though. I'm adjusting to the difference in how this machine washes vs my old agitator model like knowing how high the water levels actually will be. So far my clothes come out clean so I'm pretty satisfied. I miss being able to soak my clothes if I want. It's not a quiet washer which doesn't bother me overall.

We’re actually very happy with this purchase. The clear lid helps to resolve what manufacturers label their water levels. We have a tight indoor washroom, so the height capacity allows this model to accommodate comforters. We are grateful to the Signal Hill Expert that explained why we could let go of having an agitator. And also the straightforward benefits and disadvantages to each model. I wish I went to this particular store last year when I bought a washer/dryer for my son’s house. His expertise is truly unmatched. Delivery was spot on and they even arrived ahead of schedule. They’ve changed their support packages, but it is understandable, given the 2020 pandemic. Best Buy has served us so well for years and years. They’re our go-to for TV’s, laptops, and washer/dryers.

I like the washer. I also like the clear lid on top... saves me from opening the washer during the cycle. I appreciate the size of the drum, which allows me to wash bulkier items. I will say that coming from an older washer, this machine is a bit of an adjustment...(HE) the washes take longer, but being more energy efficient, and using less water is exciting. My last concern, which is a big one, is that it did not come with the complete operating instructions and there were none on the website with the product manual. On the website, I saw the installation instructions and the energy information. I had to go the YouTube to get the information. There is so much more I'd like to know to get the complete benefits of using this machine.

The washer we have had approximately a month have done numerous loads. It has wonderful features and nice to be able to fill the basket full of water so your clothes don’t rub on each other so badly and create pills and wreck your clothes. The only thing that is lacking is a dispenser for fabric softener other than that it’s perfect.

Works very well, washes clothing very well. We're quite pleased with the performance. Only draw back is as it drains the water it gets noisy because it uses a plastic hose, as a posed to a rubber hose. Otherwise very satisfied with this purchase.

Large capacity allows for bulky items to be washed at home like bed spreads and pillows. The unit is a bit noisy during some cycles. Overall good washer

I like having such a big tub so i can wash blankets at home now instead of the laundromat. Beware of the automatic water level and single rinse cycle. I pulled clothes out with dry areas and detergent residue. This may not be an issue for you if you use liquid detergent but I use powder. I’m all for energy efficiency and water conservation but my clothes DO need to be visibly clean. So I’ll be using the medium or high water level and extra rinse cycle for my laundry.

Looking for a machine that would fit in the laundry room aloud space and gkad to find this one. A lot of capacity, a great to use for all my throw blankets to be washed in one load.

I bought this washer for a rental unit I own and after installation, I stayed to do a load to check for leaks and make sure I knew how to use the machine if anyone had questions. BOY was I impressed. This is 100x better than the machine I have at home! I'm moving in a year and will be leaving my hi-end washer to buy this model for my new home. I highly recommend it. BTW - Best Buy install team is always great as well!

Comfortable and easy to use. The machine is roomy, not only do cloths come out very clean, I can also clean comforters that come out very nice.
