We recently purchased our Maytag washer after looking and comparing with several brands. I can tell you that Maytag does not disappoint us in its washing capabilities. Our clothes have been noticeably cleaner and smelling fresher. We had a Maytag years ago and now wonder why we didn't stick with this brand. Thanks Maytag and Best Buy!

Once you learn how to work it everything is great . If you hear alot of noise most likeky the load is unbalanced or the washer is unbalanced the washer has alot of sensors so if you put to much detergent the sensors will make the washer take longer to wash the load … Get on YouTube and watch some videos and it’ll make things make since also download the Maytag wash cycle guide it helps with the settings on the machine for each particular load you need to wash

Only reason why it’s not getting five stars is because I can hear a loud noise once a cycle starts. It is not for long, but it still can be heard. The machine is leveled, so unsure why it makes that much noise. Other than that clothes are getting spun correctly, which was key for me from my past washer.

My wife likes it so far. She thinks it's louder than our old unit and maybe it is. But it's not intrusive. I think the sounds are just different, not necessarily louder. But I'm not telling her that. She'll make me bring the old one back in the house so we can compare. She also likes the old-style controls over the touch pads of the higher priced units. Those can be more problems than they're worth.

I really love my new washer Not as tall but yet does my king size comforter in it. I shopped around and Bestbuy had the best price for this washer, I couldn’t believe other had a much higher price

Love the big tub without agitator and the choice of washing selections, My favorite is the tub fill to the extra power boost IF I choose to use.

The washer we purchase was a great decision. The cycle options are very convenient. For example the adjustments of the water levels helps save money by usinlg less water so therefore, it's a win, win situation. This makes a difference on the long run. I also noticed the quick wash cycle, this cycle not only saves time but money too because you use less electricity and water too.

My wife and daughter are very happy with this washer. The different settings are not too complicated and very easy to use. The capacity is perfect for our families needs. Maytag continues to manufacture quality products. Thanks

You can feel the clean. Such a big difference from my old machine. Uses the right amount of water.

Overall a decent washing machine. I wish i would have gotten a model with an agitator. I don't think the impeller gets clothes as clean. Also wish it had a detergent dispenser. But a decent unit for the money.

I recently had a malfunction with my old washing machine and found this available and on sale. It has been wonderful and great load capacity. It also has multiple selections to use for different loads, which is helpful for those smaller loads. I highly recommend this unit!

Enjoyable to use. I don’t use the soap dispenser, I never do, my preference. This machine does the job well. It is very loud but no louder than my last machine.

I have two concerns. There is no place to put the detergent. You have to pour it directly on the clothes which to me is a concern. I guess they want you to use the pods only. Also, you can’t open the machine once you’re started. It locks down. Sometimes you just want to throw an additional item into the washer.

We are still getting use to it .. But overall we like and it has a lot of options which is a bonus. It does take a lot of clothes.

Does everything it needs to do at a very competitive price point.

I do not recommend, it didn't even have a fabric softener dispenser. It was also extremely loud to operate. I returned it after 3 days and bought an LG instead.

This washing machine has been great.lots of features and plenty of room for clothes great value!

This is a great washer! Easy to use; no unnecesssary bells and whistles…just clean and efficient washing!!! I recommend it highly!!
