Never regretted purchasing this item

Now I am trying to get it fixed under warranty, but the service company is not currently able to get parts and has no timetable for when they might be able to get them.

I've done 4 loads and I'm getting rid of it. First load tore apart a tiny dog bed. You cannot wash anything that is a little bulky. Next, it won't balance. So I opened it up and rearranged the sheets (which were totally twisted) and put on setting Drain and Spin. It decided to fill the dang thing again with water when all of needed was to frikin spin. Then it spun. Then omg it fills up with water again on the DRAIN AND SPIN SETTING. WHAT A HORRID WASHER. I followed directions, do not put anything on the bottom flat or it will be twisted and torn to shreds. This makes me so mad. I spent good money.

Leaked water and oil after six weeks

We are now waiting for a major repair, probably the gear case or the drum. Also, it is a very noisy machine. Learned that the Best Buy warranty is not what I thought it was. Even if you buy the warranty, you have to deal directly with Whirlpool for service In the first year. The whole reason you buy from Best Buy is their warranty service. If I wanted to deal with Whirlpool I would have bought this elsewhere. The whole experience has been VERY disappointing.
