My old washer quit one day but prior to that I thought my Clothes were getting clean. I was so wrong. This washer has all my clothes coming out so fresh and clean and I enjoy doing laundry now.

Although laundry has a new methodology,I am impressed how easy it was to learn. Love how efficient the washer is. And the clothes are cleaner . happy to have purchased another Maytag!

Entire motor/gear system broke less than two years after light use (1-2 loads per week). Warranty is only one year so a $350-400 out of pocket cost. Buy a Samsung, LG or anything but this piece of garbage.

I do miss a digital time that would show how much time is left before a load is finished. Also, would like a buzzer to go to alert load is finished.

I have a fairly new Maytag dryer so just decided to go with a Maytag washer. Best Buy had the best price and delivery. So far, the washer is okay.

The only feature that is not optional is the amount of water or rather size of load we get to choose, my only guess is that it senses itself and fills according to the amount of clothes, not sure!

Already had to have Best Buy come back ones to replace a defective hose. Should’ve just had them take the whole thing back.

The clothes are cleaned and only lightly wet wet the cycle is completed. I like the different options for washing different types of clothes. This washer has been a Godsend.
