I have to run clothes thru another full cycle to get rid of spots. The other drawback is the machine doesn’t buzz when the wash is done. Other than those two issues, the machine is easy to use.

On the other hand since there is no chime to indicate it’s done, the sudden quiet will alert you.

Got a technician out and some parts needed changing. Thankfully best buy has integrity. After a brief phone call they stated I would get a brand new washing machine. 1 rating for Maytag. 5 rating for how Best Buy handled the situation. I rated a 3 as an average.

I don’t want your 250 points for writing a review. This whole experience has taken its toll on my health. At 70 years I don’t need this kind of zero service! The washer was delivered yesterday. Never worked even remotely right. Now I have to live 5 days without clean clothes.
