It’s just “ok” wouldn’t buy again

We have to wash twice. Sometimes the agitator doesn’t work so we have to pause and restart again.

It has marked two shirts, ruining them. Furthermore, after using bleach for my whites, there was obviously bleach remaining in the machine, because a very expensive colored shirt was marked with bleach in the following wash. My old washer (also a Maytag) never had any such problems.

Sad - right out of the box

Also very quite and love the glass feature. The 10year warranty was the detail that made me choose this machine over others. Peace of mind is a plus!

With a built in load sensor, you never have to worry about wasting water. It fills the drum with the amount of water you need per load.

It is way too much washer for me but Maytag was a recommended brand by my appliance service dude, and it was available!

First delivery machine was damaged but salesman did everything to get new one within 2 days. Setups and removal went well. Wife is very satisfied with the machine
