Let’s just say this is the first and last Maytag I will ever own. This washer is incredibly loud, I am terrified to run it. It will not wash bulky items. Very disappointed with my purchase.

It took a month for Maytag to come out and look at the issue, it then took another two weeks to fix it. I'm still having issues with it. The first thing that went wrong was the controls no longer worked they said the motherboard had to be replaced now it doesn't rinse my clothes properly. Very frustrated with this purchase

I have it home and set up and its making a loud grinding noise during washing cycle. Now I have to up hook all that work and take it back. Buyer be aware of open bx at Best buy !!
