The second hand washer I had worked better than this. I would load the clothes and the laundry beads and pod in there and after a full wash cycle the beads and pod would still be sitting on top of the clothes. Not the same quality of Maytag that our grandparents had that's for sure

It snapped within a week of the delivery. There was no way I would keep a washer that would keep breaking since one of the most important pieces was so flimsy. What a disappointment! I saw the same tab on higher end Maytags and on some Whirlpools as well. No excuse for such poor quality!
