I called Best Buy immediately and they promptly had a new one sent out and took the other one back. The new one I got is AMAZING, I'll be writing another review on that one

Because the tech said this "Yup, they always go out on this machine." There goes $725 makes sure you get an extended warranty or be ready to buy a new washer as the circuit board is $625.

I love Maytag but this one leaks grease
