Maytag has always been dependable had my bravo for 14 yrs never disappointed until it took a dump...there are only two things missing from this new machine that I wish Maytag didn’t take away end of cycle buzzer since my machine is down stairs in the basement and a delay wash which was used all he time...other wise deep fill is awesome...let’s hope it lasts as Maytag usually have a long life...

I am very disappointed with this machine. It takes quite a bit longer for a load to be completed, as long as a 40 minute cycle in the dryer. With my old Kitchen Aid washing machine, I could do two separate loads whilst doing one cycle in the dryer. I almost need a kiddie step stool to be able to reach things at the bottom of the washing machine (I am 5ft 4 inches ). I must say that the clothes come out clean at the end of the wash cycle though. The only user's manual is a one sheet newspaper type of manual. Where have the old book type of manual these days?

Very nice washer. Has many settings to choose from. Is somewhat quiet. Doesn't take that long to get my clothes good and clean. Has quite a bit of space for larger loads or big comforter. Very satisfied with this washer.

High capacity, a multitude of washing options, and relatively quite operation at a competitive price point make this a great washing machine. The spin cycle is at such high RPMs that if the load is not balanced this machine will walk, which is not a bad thing, just something to know.

I am so disappointed. This washer is VERY noisy. When I wash a set of sheets or a couple of blankets, it is always off balance. This happens too many times. I have always liked Maytag appliances, but this is not a great appliance for me.

Great washer for the price! We actually traded this washer in for the bigger 5.3 CU model. I had no issues when I had this washer tho. It did the job and the deep fill option was amazing! Matching dryer worked great as well

I think this is a great washer. It has done an amazing job washing clothes for us. It has great options and can hold any amount of clothes well. Small loads and very large loads do great in this machine.

Is louder than the Samsung one I had. But seems better in initial quality of lid construction & top assembly.

Great product, easy to use and it can hold more than enough laundry.

We love this new washer! It is easy to use, washes well, and is fairly quiet. When we use the extra rinse, an entire wash can take 90 - 120 minutes, but we simply plan for that.

The wash machine is very nice. The actual capacity of the tub is surprising how large it is. It did take a few times of using it to get used to how to choose all of the options you wanted to use. It is a very nice appliance.

We were a fan of Maytag until we purchased this washing machine. The original machine that we purchased had to be exchanged because it squeaked loudly while the drum spun. We exchanged it for the same exact model, figuring we had a dud the first time. Boy were we WRONG! The replacement machine began squeaking a few days after Geek Squad installed it. We contacted Best Buy and they gave us the run around about it and told us to contact Maytag which we did. Maytag required us to schedule a service appointment. The technician who came admitted to us that Maytag is using the wrong sized belt for this machine and that it what is causing the squeak. He said the original belt is too large and he would need to order a smaller one, which he said is a real pain to get on because it is not designed for this specific machine. So now we'll have a machine that is a ticking time bomb with too small of a belt but at least it won't squeak right. AVOID THIS MACHINE!

This far it seems to be functioning as intended. The control panel is rather simple, and sometimes it leaves you wondering if you engaged the start process. The Maytag model we had previously included a digital timer on the panel and a Oxi dispenser, which is something we miss. I've always been fond of washers with the agitator, but we thought we'd give the impeller model a try. You definitely can load more clothes in this model. The clothes seem to clean well also.

The Maytag Top Load Washer has a large capacity. It will hold a Queen size bedspread with no problem. Because it uses a minimum of water with each load some laundry does not get wet until the agitation starts. I was worried that some clothes would not get clean, but it does a beautiful job on everything. You will need to read the manual as with all technology it is more complicated than my old 30 year old washer. But once you have got it down, it is a breeze to set.

Works fine, it a bit loud no sound to let you know it’s done. Water levels are fine. Cleans cloths well. Owned only week , but with kids we already did tons of laundry.

Great washer. This has a bigger load capacity than our washer that we had to replace. It’s very simple with an industrial working load capacity. Very pleased with this washer and it does not have a center washing rack like most washers and does an excellent job with balancing during the rinsing cycle

Wasn't sure if it was me but: I had a loud screeching sound when it started, when I washed four towel it wouldn't spin just kept stopping and how to take the towels out and do 2 at a time. Just didn't work for me.

Big washer very good for what we need my wife likes the soap dispensers,not noisy at all

Ok product , pretty quiet, easy to use, could probably clean clothes a bit better .

Only had it for a week, seems to be working fine. Doesn't seem to use much water. Only thing I don't like it takes 1 hour on normal wash to do one load.
