Great buy! Runs pretty quietly and can fit a king sized comforter. Was a little hesitant because I was used to my old school washing machine, but it's easy to use.

I love this washer, it has a big load capacity. It doesn’t wash aggressively though which is a pro but sometimes a con when you have a tough stain to get out

We live it. Washed our clothes for years with a crappy Kenmore wondering why we had no friends. It was because our clothes stank from the piece of junk washing machine we owned. We trashed that and bought this and now we are surrounded by LOVE. Highly recommend unless you hate people then just keep using your Kenmore.

Washer not very good with bedding. Always have to adjust the load in order to get the stuff spun out.

I have only had the washer for a few weeks, but am happy so far.

It's a nice washer, it does kind of suck that the lid locks when you start it meaning you have to pause it and wait a couple of seconds if you forgot to stick something in like a towel or whatever, but it's done a great job of getting whatever I stick in it nice & clean.

It’s a fine washer, no real problems. Only issue is that it has no timer on it. I mean a display that tells you there is 10 min left for example.

Washer performs very good overall. I do like deep water fill option. This model doesnt tell time left to finish like other Maytag model did.

It will take some getting used to, as the "Sense" function appears to not use enough water. We were really concerned at first but realized that it is trying to be more efficient. Each wash setting is very specific and will only use the water it thinks it needs for each one. Dive into the "Tips" section on the Maytag website and it will help. Very quiet though, and seems to do a good job washing.

It's different than what I had previously. It is loud and noisy but I am getting used to it. I had the Elite Kenmore front load washer for 22 years and I loved it; but it broke and could not find parts.

Listen i have to say this top load washer is amazing. It doesnt have an agitator so nothing gets twisted and wrapped around the middle. AND i swear you can more in per load.

Absolutely love this washer. The inside is huge and it cleans amazingly!

This is the first top loading washer (no agitator) I owned. It does a fairly good job. I wish however, it had an end of cycle signal so you knew when the clothes were done washing. It does have a slight problem with out-of-balance loads. I have found the machine had moved from the original position from all the shaking. On one occasion, I had to stop the machine because it was shaking and moving from being out of balance. It made such a racket.

This washer is great, it is huge and quiet and it works very well.

Very happy with this machine. I have to share that the ease of use and setting options on this machine really take the boring out of this chore. Still getting used to the cycle noises.

This has been the most horrible service and product that I have purchased from Best Buy. The machine has been flooding my floor and making weird noises since you guys professionally installed it. Last week your technician came out and said it was installed improperly and this week the technician refused to exchange it with a replacement because it was installed improperly the first time. How can you guys refuse to replace a washer you installed wrong. I was on the phone for more than 90 minutes only to be told I will be contacted within 24 hours. Best Buy is not the same anymore they are outsourcing and the service is suffering. If you can wait or just go somewhere else because this washer is broken and it’s suppose to be brand new.
