this washer washes like a dream and my family loves it

Please this far with our purchase. The washing machine is quiet and the cycle time is adequate. The clothes spin out well but are a bit more wet then our last machine. My wife’s only complaint is there is not a cycle timer showing how much time is left on the load. Also machine is much quieter then our old one.

Large capacity, its quiet, and has many different functions. I do wish there was a timer on this machine though.

Excellent washer. Deep bowl and gets the job done with all of the big blankets without even breaking a sweat.

Very happy with the purchase so far. Great delivery process and pleased with the product. A little louder than what I would like but happy overall.

The washer is 1 month old. So far, within 3 weeks the latch on the lid (plastic), broke, and because the latch goes into a slot and there is a chip in it, it means that when the latch is broken the washer will not work. It is a very poor design, and cheaply made for something that important. WHo designed this? The washer so far is fine as a washing machine. Please bring back dials, and metal for the important pieces! I would NOT recommend because the lid could slam down, one could try to lift when it isnt ready, all resulting in a 'broken' washer - unusable.

Very good machine, just wished it displayed how minutes are left on each cycle. Can handle a heavy load

We changed from a front-loader to a top-loader and love it. Our clothes are cleaner and softer. This Maytag does a wonderful job and we are very happy. We wish it was a little quieter, but overall this is a great washer, at a great price. Highly recommend.

Except for a small error with the sales staff everything was good. The error was handled quickly, with out much trouble and with an apology.

So far it’s been great. We bought this to replace a very expensive Samsung that had multiple failures in only 3.5 years. The first thing that I noticed about this machine was that it actually circulated the clothes! Everything comes out smelling and feeling much cleaner using the exact same detergents. This washing machine is not silent, but it is much quieter than the old Samsung. It’s much better at balancing loads and the cycle times seem shorter than the old machine.

Good buy! Washer works great and gets the job done well. So far very happy with the machine.

After using front load washers for the past 11 years, I couldn't wait to switch back to top load. The front load washed well but had mold problems. I like that this washer does not have an agitator so it wouldn't ruin my clothes. I also really like the size of this washer - large capacity. I can wash blankets and comforters. Delivery was terrible though. We were given a window between 9AM and 1PM. They didn't show up until 5PM. The workers were very unprofessional and inexperienced. They didn't bring the right tools and failed to install our appliances. We had to wait for two more hours for them to send someone else to complete the job. It was unacceptable that we had to wait ALL day (9AM to 7PM) for delivery and install.

Great washing machine. Love the controls. Really cleans a lot better than my old kenmore.

This washer is your basic washer. It doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles, but that’s ok. It gets the job done! Big enough for a light weight comforter. Glass top allows a view inside. This washer doesn’t have a signal to indicate it’s finished, and I’m glad. A light is enough. It’s not that quiet, but not too noisy. That is dependent on your personal noise tolerance. It’s a washing machine. I have yet to find a quiet one.

I don't like that the machine won't spin right if it is an unbalanced load. Constantly having to adjust the load. Poor design.

Excellent machine. My old one was Maytag too and It did a very good job for decades before retiring. The new one is good as the old and plus modern and updated.
