Washes ok. This is the 3rd replacement I don’t have much confidence it will last like the ones before

This is by far a purchase I’ve never regretted after 1st use. I have nothing negative to say. Best cleaning job, fresh smells, all around perfect!

This machine has a great quality and really high performance

After researching washers the with an agitator, I decided on the Maytag and it has not disappointed. Lots of nice new features my old machine did not have. Overall happy with my purchase.

A most outstanding washer. Quiet and efficient. Easy to operate.

Washes everything well! Does not handle a comforter very well so had issues using the bulky cycle. Ended cycle and converted to regular cycle. Currently washing another comforter right now so we’ll see!

Bought this to replace used set, I recommend not buying used but buying new. They used just don't get the job done like Maytag does.

One star only because I couldn't give it zero. Worst engineered device I have ever owned and I have been a design engineer for over 30 years. Can't handle a minimum of a single set of sheets without becoming severely out of balance. When you stop to readjust the load the first thing it does when you restart it is add more water! The last thing it needs at that point in a cycle. Must have idiots at Whirlpool for Use Engineers. Yes I said Whirlpool because you are no longer buying the Maytag quality from years past. All Maytag's are made by Whirlpool now.

Great capacity and quite. Does not get out of balance on large loads.

This is a nice simple washing machine that has washed the clothes well. I would recommend it. Dials are easy.

DO NOT BUY! I bought this model 10 months ago and it stopped working on November 7th. It's under 1-year warranty and to book with whirlpool service it took 1.5 weeks to get the earliest service time with their tech on Nov 16th. He said he had to order parts and came back after the holiday on Nov 28th and replaced it said it was fixed. I ran my first load and had the same issue. It Senses wash and completes without a spin cycle and makes a horrendous clicking sound. Clothes are soaked and can't be moved to the dryer. I contacted the company right after and He returned later that day and said he needed to order more parts. Tech came back today, November 30th, and replaced said part and it's still doing the same thing. He called Whirlpool and they said there is a known issue in this model but the report is not available for techs to see so he only learned this by calling in to seek help because he couldn't fix it. So now, supposedly, two more parts need to be replaced. One is back ordered for 6 weeks. I am LIVID! Not to mention I've been trying to call Whirlpool customer care to see if they will replace it and 1) they don't call back if you try that option and 2) I'm waiting on hold and they keep changing my wait time from 12 min to 20 min to 10 min then 14 minutes...so far I've been on hold for 35 min and still haven't talked to anyone. RUN from this model! Stick to the simple machine with 4 wash options. He says he doesn't work on those.

This washer is nice. Got the extended warranty, wouldn't want to have to pay for the replacement of the computer on it.

Washing machine is okay. However the lid around the hinge broke off after 8 months and after I finally got a hold of a repairman to fix it (under manufactory warranty) he knew exactly what part it was without me telling him. A little disappointing that Maytag continues to sell an appliance they know has a faulty lid. Anyway today was my second appointment that was cancelled at the last minute. I have been waiting now for my new lid to be installed. After receiving countless emails and texts to make sure I am available, so that you are not inconvenienced, then you cancel without notice.

No complaints. Good side and relatively les noisy.

I haven’t had this washer for 9 months and already I’m ready to ditch it! When it agitates it makes the loudest noise as if there are chains dragging in the bottom of the washer basin. It also never adds enough water to the clothes so they can be washed throughly. I can’t take it anymore!!! I called a tech to see what is causing all of the noise and why it’s doing what it is. I think I may need a replacement. Putting up with this too long already.
