It’s loud 3. It doesn’t work fill water all the way , so half your clothes are not ever submerged 4. DO NOT BUY FROM bestbuy!!!!!! They have a horrific 15 day return policy Now I’m stuck dealing with Maytag 5. A month after I bought this they came out with a removable center because many people had the same problem

Maytag: Worst Washing Machine

My washer broke in month 10 of ownership and my Best Buy service package wouldn't touch it bkz it's under warranty. And Maytag>.... They didn't even have connection to someone in area to come see the machine. Took 20 min to get to human on phone where they were anything but sympathetic. I will NEVER buy Maytag again.

Which I have a lot of. It goes off balance and is unable to finish the cycle. I have a technician coming to see if it can be fixed.

Unbalanced Load

Upon having it serviced, I have been told the springs have gone bad and will cost over $300 to replace. I would stay away from this model.

Three different people telling us there different things. Store said "truck broke down". Took an additional 7 days for delivery and then we have 3 different delivery times and a man showed up the day after the machine was installed to find out that it had already been installed.
