Great service. Easy transaction. Bought the floor model.

I have had this washer 1 month and have no complaints. I have done a load of wash every day and have had no trouble with the balance even with bedding. We are a family of 5 and the capacity works for us. I am happy with the selection of cycles. I bought it to match our Maytag dryer. I can have a load completely done in about 90 minutes. I would recommend Maytag.

I love, love my Maytag! It is so much quieter than the LG we bought earlier at the other big store and returned to them. My only regret is that I didn't buy this machine earlier, but the wait was worth it!!

Love it! Replaced my old Maytag washer. I like that this machine is quiet and the spin cycle is very strong allowing for less time to dry. I would definitely recommend.

I liked the color and the large tub ……plus the extra power button ……but to my dismay……I only got 4 loads of clothes washes before the electronic panel went out…you can’t wash clothes if you don’t know what cycle to choose………thank god Best Buy let me return it and get another one ……they were so great in customer service……no problems at all just ordered me another washer and they delivered it to me ……this was the best service…my spouse and I both work 6 to 7 days a week ……we needed a washer and fast……we both were very pleased with the service we received from our Best Buy store……their still are some stores that actually care about their customer ………

This item looks great ! Plus the agitator is great for stuff stains along with the app you can soak item to really help with stain fighting and customization is great on the app too

MASSIVE WATER LEAK Update still no real movement from Bestbuy or delivery vendor. I am still stuck with the flooding charges. Guess its time to look for the advice of an attorney. This have been 7 weeks now and no action. This is not about the product but about Best Buy delivery. We had a washing machine delivered and set up by Best Buy. It was not 10 after in the install crew left that our house was flooded (this was on a Saturday) The washer was improperly installed. We immediately called Best Buy and asked for help. Although they put in a claim they offered no help in the water extraction. They just said the adjuster would call next Monday or Tuesday. I said what about the water, it flooded our laundry, kitchen, breakfast and dining room. Their response, the adjuster would call Monday or Tuesday. The installer, whom I now know works for Best Buy as a sub contractor did come back and properly setup the washer but made no offer to clean up the mess. Best Buy said the installers are independent and that Best Buy was not responsible. The installer made no offer to have a water extraction company come and clean up. WE WERE JUST LEFT ON OUR OWN. GOOD LUCK. Called our insurance but they said it would remain a claim on our homeowners insurance. So we did not do that. We had to find and hire, on our own, an extraction/repair company. JUST WATCH OUT. TELL BEST BUY THAT YOU NEED THE INSTALLERS INSURANCE BEFORE ENTERING YOUR PROPERTY.

My new washer is made in America, easy to use and quiet.
