So far so good. I don't like how I have to do deep fill or max fill for there to be adequate water in the washer. But other than that it's nice and big. I'm old school so I got a agitator on purpose. Going to get the dryer next.

I purchased this model but in the previous year's model. We had an issue getting it to arrive timely, so they upgraded us to this newer model. It came with other luxuries and upgrades, which behoove us, of course. It washes well and I am content with not only the washer but also the remedial steps to fulfill the purchase.

This washer is big! I can fit all my bedding in here no problem! I love the deep fill option for bulky items or anything more delicate. Be sure to tie up any drawstrings or put in washer bag things with straps etc because they will twist up specially if using less water. My first load I washed was whites and they came out wonderful everything came out clean as can be. I love all the settings and in my opinion if you want a top loader with an agitator this is the way to go! I had to wait from beginning of April till Aug for my order to arrive, that's my only complaint, Best Buy kept giving me new date over and over. I didn't want a different washing machine though so I held on until it finally arrived.

Wonderful washer. Love the option of small load soaking. Wash comes out clean. Great capacity for washing blankets, rugs and other large items. Very pleased with this purchase

Two and a half years ago I chose to buy MAYTAG washing machine. Three weeks ago the washer acted as if no power was connected to it none of the buttons worked and the lid was locked shut. Since the washer still under warranty we paid. I called to the store. They send a technician to look at it, he say that the computer board has to be replaced. The week after I found out that the part I need is on backorder. Today 5-02-23 after 3 week waiting I called to MayTag customer service and being told I have to wait for two more weeks. The whole experience has been an issue, that has not yet to be resolved. I only hope they will fix it soon,because I fear the washer will be moldy due to the lid being locked for a couple weeks now. It's cost us $100 just to use the laundry mat during these weeks of waiting, not to mention stress for a working family with three children.

Cleans better than washers without agitators. Wish they had a light inside washer so you can see the washing.

Love the functions and easy use. I wish the bleach pour was in the back of the lid area. If the bleach pour area is damp and you reach in for clothes, you can end up getting bleach on your shirt. Be careful.

Amazing washer. Has all the bells and whistles and most importantly leaves clothes very clean. The wife and I used it today for the first time and were amazed at how quiet this washer is. I highly recommend this product.

Love the oversized area in the washer and also that it’s a top loader., however the quick cycle is over 40 min long and if you don’t distribute your wash weight evenly, the washer will shake and stall

Loved everything about the washer when I got it. But it only Worked great for 3 days, about ten cycles, and then the washer quit working. Called customer service, turns out it was a bad electric board. But Maytag company replaced the washer since I only a few days.

This washer is so roomy and helps save on water! You have to read the instructions first, but once you review those the use of it is a sinch. The space really accommodates our family of 5’s needs.

Does not handle bulky loads well, even on bulky setting. It gets off balance a lot.

Bought this Maytag because my daughter bought one and loved it. It has enough water, even with the preset settings and if you want more water, just use the deep fill option. My clothes are finally clean. Drying is much faster because the clothes are wrung out so well. Replaced my old front loader, which never had enough water to clean properly even with an extra rinse. Too soon to rate the quality yet.

We love this washing machine. It is huge and it's been doing a great job at washing clothes. It has WiFi connectivity which is very convenient when it comes to monitoring our loads. Although, we had some difficulty connecting to WiFi for the first time. The one negative is that the tube is very deep and if you're of shorter stature, reaching the bottom to remove your clothes is a little more difficult. We would recommend this washer to friends and family.

I love Maytag. The quality is good. It is very quiet when is on. It was a bit pricy but I also got 5 years of warranty for my peace of mind. It is easy to use but a bit hard at the beginning.

Lots of room works well cleaning my kids dirty clothes

Have had this for about 3 weeks and loving it. Super quiet, large capacity allows for way less loads of laundry. The cleaning is superb, left the whites white with regular detergent alone.

The washer is very noisy, it is not in a cellar and close so I hear every cycle and everything it does. It does try to balance loads that are off-balance several times until it tells you to rearrange.
