The washer is amazing very quiet and really energy efficient. The staff at Best Buy is awesome. Our appliances should come with a manual. I do not want to get online to look up how to use it or any of the other information that I need.

Love this machine! Easy to use pretty quiet and tons of good features. It does draw A LOT of power tho.

A Good Washer. Larger than I thought. By some reasons, Best Buy installers setup the menu language in French and left with no explanation. Its installation and user manual doesn't explain about the initial setup at all. It took me about 30 minutes to search the solution over the internet. But, I could finally set it up in English and start using the machine.

Very happy with this new Maytag washer purchased from Best Buy. We had purchased an exact unit from another big box retailer and when it was installed, we found the unit to be loud & noisy when we did our first wash. After doing some research, we discovered the product was defective so we had to return the unit. When we went to the Mission Viejo Best Buy store, the salesperson assured us that this same brand and model is quiet and they have not had any complaints from previous customers so we took his word for it and purchased the same unit. We are very happy with our purchase and the buying experience from Best Buy was awesome.

I BELIEVE THAT THE MAYTAG/ WHIRLPOOL are one of the best products to have in your home , The maytag has such wonderful convenient Festures that makes it easy to do your laundry shores. I RECOMMEND THIS TWO. COMPANIES TO HAVE IN you home . Mrs.Nena Bennett

Very nice washer, a bit on the more expensive side as originally I was shopping something around the $700 range. Wife talked me into getting the larger capacity and switched from our previous Samsung Front Load that stopped working to the Maytag brand. We have a Maytag dryer that continues to work after 20+ years, so we wanted to go with a known reliable brand again. Although the Samsung did last about 10 or 11 years before breaking. So far washer has been great and with the extra room without the middle agitator? impeller? I get confused between the two, but without the thing in the middle my wife will be able to wash are king size comforter now. Haven't tried the Wifi enabled functions yet, but was dismayed to find out it only works if I subscribe to a Maytag service agreement to pay monthly if I want to use it. So not sure yet if I want to start paying monthly to tell me on my phone when the laundry is done.

So far so good. It is all we hoped for plus more. Extremely quiet. Cleans well. Simple to operate. Love the super-sized tub. If it can last 10 years or more I will be a happy camper. Unfortunately last Maytag washing machine we had only lasted 4 years But one before that lasted 22 years.

We have had this since Jun 2023 and it has worked flawlessly. Runs quiet, and is ultra dependable. We have a large household and run as many as 2 large loads of laundry a day.

At first was super happy until 2 weeks after I got it delivered the machine kept saying off balance no matter what I did. Called geek squad that I paid for they said they won’t deal with it because it’s within first year so Maytag does. Finally got a hold of Maytag whirlpool and tech won’t be out till following week to fix. Super frustrating and shouldn’t happen to a brand new appliance that’s not even a month old!!

Easy to use, my clothes haven't been this clean in a while. Whites are white and colors smell bright and clean. Love the fact that it has different water levels.

Maytag equipment is very good. Happy with my purchase. But I’ll tell you that the delivery driver sucked! I don’t know how Best Buy gets there delivery drivers but they are very rude and no help at all! Terrible service.

I am extremely satisfied with my Maytag washer. It's easy enough for my teenagers to use. I love the glass door to see whats inside. I love the Maytag app to let me know when my load is done and how fresh and clean my clothes smell. I literally bought a set for my parents who are retired. My dad loves the Maytag app as well since it's hard for him to get around. The app lets you control your appliance from your phone!

I bought this washer in October, 2022. I started using washer without reading manual and that was a mistake. I called manufacturer because on standard wash and quick wash water barely covers clothes, centrifuge starts rotating without water filled !!!. I thought that machine is defective. Manufacture’s representative told me that these are the only cycles when water barely covers clothes due to sensors, he recommended to choose different cycles for extra fill and went over manual. After that, I was able to wash with extra fill regular clothes and then heavy rugs from bathroom. I gave 4 stars because washer is too deep to be able to pick clothes and transfer to dryer, so I have to use long poll to get clothes from the bottom of washer. This was not disclosed or discussed during my visit with sales person. I am regular person 5’5” and was very surprised to discover that I cannot reach the bottom of washer. I think manufacture has to re-design this model for household use for a regular size woman/man.

Good quality washing machine from Maytag. Taller than the average washing machines. But fits a good size load.

Great washing machine! Easy to operate. I have not used it yet for comforters but the size of this machine 5.3 should be enough for a clean wash

We just updated from an LG that wouldn't even use the hot water properly, and wasn't the best at cleaning. This washer has done an incredible job of cleaning our clothes, and it looks pretty modern / slick. The only thing I've noticed is that it is a little louder than our old washer, but that's not a problem for us personally. It goes great with our existing Maytag dryer, and we couldn't be happier.
