I would give it 5 stars except for some slight issues with unbalanced loads (because I bought it specifically to was oversized things). Overall a great machine! I switched back to a top loader from a front loader and I am over the moon about it.

Works great. Very easy to use, washes large loads easily.

The tub is very large and works well with large blankets/ comforter, and it cleans small loads perfectly! I’ve had it a few weeks now and haven’t had any problems using it! Nice washer.

Excellent washer . This is our second one. Nice capacity for comforters, dog beds, it also gets my dirty work clothes clean. It is also very quiet.

I bought this wash machine from BestBuy before Christmas thinking that it would not be delivered when they said it would be delivered, the day after Christmas. Well it was. The day after Christmas 2 gentlemen showed up and installed the new washer and hauled off the old one in about 15 minutes. That’s customer service. I will be considering BestBuy for all my appliance purchases in the future. So far this is a great washing machine. I have not figured out all the bells and whistles yet. The only thing I am not using is the Bluetooth option with it. Supposedly your able to keep up with the maintenance and how the machine is performing with the Maytag app but I not willing to pay each month to maintain the app. But other than that so far it’s a great machine.

This washing machine holds a lot of clothes! I can easily fit my king size comforter in it and it cleans well.

Holds a huge load but uses a much smaller amount of water than the old machine. Quieter too. Very happy with this purchase.

Cleans well, easy to use, allows for larger loads or a full size comforter. You can preset for a time delayed start.

Little complicated at first. Efficiency washer Be aware not using lots of water. Not like the old washers.

We have had this since Jun 2023 and it has worked flawlessly. Runs quiet, and is ultra dependable. We have a large household and run as many as 2 large loads of laundry a day.

Great machine. Makes wash-day easy. My only problem..I did not give it a thought about how far down I would have to bend and reach to retrieve washed clothes. My reason for giving 'ease of use', 4 stars. Utilizing a pair of kitchen flat-head tongs to help. They work. Machine is well worth the money; and I love Maytag.

The design is sleek and modern, and the controls are very user-friendly. Even if you’re not very tech-savvy, it’s easy to figure out. Overall, this washer has made laundry much less of a chore and has exceeded my expectations in both quality and performance. I highly recommend it!

So far so good. We bought an open box machine and we have had it for a year now. Going to the store and looking around was nice. No one bugging us while we looked and when we needed someone they were there. I would and will use them in the future purchase of my dishwasher.
