We have really enjoyed this washer. We read reviews that it wadded up your clothes. I don’t see that as the case—the spin cycle is so powerful that pulling that much water out of the clothing presses everything against the sides of the drum. It has really helped in reducing drying time. There is a lower spin cycle if you prefer. The machine definitely fits our need. Very pleased!

Maytag equipment is very good. Happy with my purchase. But I’ll tell you that the delivery driver sucked! I don’t know how Best Buy gets there delivery drivers but they are very rude and no help at all! Terrible service.

Nice washer. I am 5.4 and it is hard for me to reach the clothes at the bottom. I wanted a big washer but it doesn’t handle the big loads as well as I would like. It gets off track easier than my previous washer. Otherwise, for everyday use, it’s been wonderful!

THE BEST washer I have ever purchased. Large enough for teenage clothes, deep fill is great, easy to use. Almost like the old time machines. Got a comforter in it with no issue.

Still getting use to all of the features. I instantly saved money since I don’t have to put my larger items in the cleaners or go to the laundromat.

this is big, this is huge! I used to make 2 loads of uniforms now, one is enough. It is quiet. I love to be able to add as much water as I want to dilute the microbes I could have on those uniforms.

Delivered right to the spot we needed it. Easy install. Large capacity. great price. Clothes are very clean after nomal cycle which is 15-30 mins less than last front loader. Very Happy Wife!

Love the washer power button deep fill, see thru lid a bonus, but the washer makes a loud creaking noise when I lean on it to get my clothes out like it is very thin. I could not figure out where the noise was coming from at first. Also latch that closes the lid fell off into the washer after 3 weeks need to return it. I know I grew up with Maytag and my parents washer lasted for almost 20 years. There is no pride in our merchandise these days.

Easy to operate. Large Capacity. Really Deep. This is our third Maytag and I would not purchase any other brand. Very Dependable.

This is a beautiful top loader machine for which I got an excellent deal. Maytag washers are synonymous with quality and durability. Plus made in the USA brand. However, it did not work out for me and had to return it. The drum is so sensitive that it constantly stops during washing cycle for you to rearrange the weight of your load. This becomes so impractical because a wash turns into a three hour odyssey. With the spin cycle it also goes so fast that the unit starts bouncing around! This may be because it was an open box purchase But for all that jumping and starting, clothes were still very wet after the spin cycle. And heavy! And wrinkled.

Love this washer! Quiet, simple and very user friendly. Has a deep fill and soaking feature which is great for heavily soiled items. I’ll never buy any other brand.

We purchased this due to the Maytag with agitator not being available. I prefer the agitator type of washer over this one. We will be exchanging this for the washer we originally wanted. Nice that it holds a Large load.

It has only been a little over 1 month since my purchase and I have no regrets. It washes my clothes really well and it is not noisy. It holds a lot due the the large capacity.

Nice washer with good load capacity. Really like faucet feature. Would consider this a middle of the road washer when it comes to quality. If you get it for the right price or on sale it will be worth the purchase

Great washer. Quick wash times, large capacity, economical use of water, and many other useful features. I only have the washer about a month, so I can't remark about build quality. Delivery was on time, deliverymen were helpful and professional.
