The machine works well. However I had asked the representive 3 times to make sure she orders the machine with the agitator. I did not get the machine I really wanted. Best Buy did not listen. The Maytag is still a good machine.

I just replaced my Whirlpool top load after 7 years. I decided to go with Maytag this time. I have only owned this washing machine one day, but long enough to know it isn't the one for me. I have run several loads of laundry, all different, and all but one of the loads got so out of balance that the machine was literally hopping around and knocking loudly. It was like another reviewer wrote, it sounded like a "mini earthquake." I had to readjust the loads, sometimes more than once. I would expect that to happen occasionally, but not almost every wash. I washed a set of sheets, and when the cycle ended, the sheets were in a small tight ball. The clothes came out of the dryer more wrinkled than I've experienced in the past. Also, the spin cyle makes the machine "shimmy" where anything sitting on top of it would fall. Also, as I watched the machine washing a load, the drum was making the side of the machine bulge out as it went around because there is so much play in its movement. I went back to Best Buy to select another machine, and they were very understanding and helpful. I shared my video of this machine moving around during a load. He said it is likely defective. I chose to exchange the Maytag for an LG that is the same price. I have my fingers crossed that the LG is the answer.

Huge washer. Tons of room for clothes and it actually cleans pretty well. I was nervous about getting an impeller, but I love this washer!

Ok so ive been buying LG washers for the last 10 yrs and they cost soo much to up keep them so i decided to buy they maytag. Oo mmy gggod i didnt realize the difference in a gooooood wash. My Maytag is staying for life. I love it. When my lg dryer goes out guess what im buying next. :)))))

The washer works great! It's the first new washer I have bought. It's really large too. I can wash my comforters with ease.

After several front loader washing machine I decided to try top loader and this machine really works great and look great.

Huge washer, fast and efficient. Had issue from the beginning with its control panel but was replaced with a new one and has not have any issues so far.

This machine has just about everything. It connects to wifi and lets you know when a wash cycles ends along with several other notifications. It does a great job cleaning clothes. It replaced a Samsung front load machine that had a lot of issues.

Your washer is great it get my cloth clean better then my old one did thank you

This is the best washing machine I’ve ever owned and with the technology that is wash machine can do is amazing. The amount of clothes that can hold and wash. You can monitor the washing with your phone and remote control as well. So far I am loving this machine.

Incredible quality, cleans perfectly, holds giant loads! Old washer couldn't even hold half as much due to front loading, highly recommend!!

Works great. Dependable washer. So why do they have a tiny fragile door latch that snaps in half easily rendering it useless? We’ve gone through 8 replacements so far. Now the motor failed and requires $700 to fix. We have only had this washer for TWO (2) years. A warranty plan was NOT available at the time of purchase. Don’t buy it.

Washes great!! If I put to much in it, it will bounce and knock a little. But seems to straighten out quickly. Love the power wash button! My clothes smell great and clean!!

We love the large capacity to handle all our laundry. Also love the glass top so we can see what is going on. Very quiet.
