When I needed another after moving, I looked for the same. This one I purchased is complete garbage. It adds water to BARELY cover the load, agitates for 3 seconds then drains water out. This repeats about 4 times and the wash "completes" in 5 minutes. BUT my clothes are not clean and my water bill is going to skyrocket.

So many cycle options & it really spins the clothes well. Saves on dryer costs. The quick laundry cycle can get your clothes clean in a little over 30 minutes!!! 10/10!!!

Washer does not fill enough

The water does not fill up enough to wash the clothes thoroughly. I bought this washer in June 2021 and it broke down in March 2023. It required major repairs. It just suddenly stopped working too. Buyer beware and stay away from this machine. Note: The pictures shown are from March 2023. I kept this machine always clean and in the end it failed me.

Unfortunately, it was cheaper to buy a new washer than to replace the drain pump and PCB panel

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The washer is great The install was awful One of the two installers didn't hook up the drain house or he knocked out off as he came from behind washer and started a test cycle That was 4 weeks ago And still have yet to receive the claim check paperwork that we submitted 2 weeks ago which states check to be sent asap after aforementioned paperwork submission We will continue to buy from best buy however they will never ever install anything ever again This is the second time they installed something And the second time issues arose Again the washer is great

It kept staying in sending mode. Called Maytag serviced and they finally fixed it after a month of waiting because they have to order the parts. Even after it was fixed more problems arised. Load balancing issue even though there was just one piece of clothes in the washer. When the machine spins, there were loud noises. After a wash clothes were still dirty. My warranty had just expired. we planned to buy the dryer to complete the set but this washer will be our first and last Maytag product.

Totally disappointed with Maytag and customer service. I use recommendations from Maytag regarding measurements for laundry detergent, I purchased recommended laundry cleaner for model.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't buy without the 5 year extended warranty, and here's why, We paid best buy to install and the techs did a wonderful job. I say that, because I know from previous experience that these new washers need to be leveled correctly and not just the legs, theres something inside that needs to be tweaked. The days of plugging in and washing are over. Washer was extremely quiet and clothes came out very clean. It handles our king size comforters well. With that said, after just 2 years the washer started making noise. I called Geek Squad and someone was available that same day. The technician came, opened the machine made some adjustments and we were back in business. He did however show us wear on the shocks and suggested we replaced. He order the parts which were delivered to our door four days later. We had already scheduled the return appointment, so the technician came back and finished the job within two business days. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and the machine, EXCEPT had I not had the insurance, it would have cost me $440 on a TWO YEAR MACHINE!! I would have been livid, just like some others.
