The glass on the cook top is very cheap. Use a handfull of times and uncleanable marks on glass. Top squeeks when cooking on it and the exhaust for the oven steams down onto the cook top making it so hot the lights came on, on the cook top. Too hot to even touch with only the oven on. I only wish my old Maytag stove was still here, it was solid, made of heavier metal/glass top and in great shape after all these years. (Electrical wore out was on the fritz)

I paid for the extended warranty (BIG MISTAKE) - Save your Money!!! because since it is under a year, we MUST go through the manufacturer. 3 phone calls, almost 2 weeks without a working stove or oven and Best Buy is completely useless.. I will NEVER shop at a Best Buy again!

The top burners do not heat up to full heat if you are using more than one. You have to cook on high or the burners shut off. Very unstable. The top scratches very easily. Wish I’d kept my old Kennore.

Awful product, choking hazard, deadly fumes

My husband bought a new range at another store because Best Buy could not seem to replace it. Three different dates they told us a new range was to e delivered to replace it but it never happened.

Drawer wrong color.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Make sure you check the range when it arrives or any other appliances purchased from Best Buy and get back to them immediately if there are any problems at all. This range was delivered with a drawer that was the wrong color. It is a slightly off white and did not match the rest of the range nor the new Maytag refrigerator I purchase. Best Buy will not replace the drawer since I was unable to get to them within the return period, which was 15 days from the date of purchase. I believe the delivery date was January 11. I did not want to return the range anyway. I just wanted the drawer that was supposed to go with it. It's an open question whether Best Buy would have done anything. I'm dropping the rating one start because of this. Overall, we have no complaints about the range except that one time the cooktop light (indicating it was hot) was on one morning when the cooktop was cold. This has not happened again. I don't recommend this only because I don't know enough about the alternatives.
