the stove cooks great, range top works good. the self clean is useless. it takes about 15 minutes to preheat, even on power preheat.

We Get an Error Code

We purchased our stove in January 2018. Sometime between the 1st and 2nd year, it would not get up to the correct temperature. It would get up to 250 or maybe 300 and then we would get an error code and nothing would work. In order for it to work again we had to unplug it and let it sit until it cooled down and then plug it back in. In addition, one of the burners does not heat up correctly. It just has a mind of its own when we use it. We also don't like that you can't tell which burner is still hot.

When I first received this stove it was damaged (large dent on side) and had to wait a month to get it switched for a new one. Exactly a month later while cooking dinner the power element burner suddenly quit working on me. For it to be so expensive of a brand and it being said it is a very good brand I hate having to keep having issues with it. I am a big cooker and baker and had researched for a quality stove but unfortunately this one is not one I can recommend.
