Horrible experience

The installers did not properly install the machine creating a malfunction. The new machine was being delivered and those installers pulled out malfunctioning machine and created an active leak then left without fixing or delivering new machine. Best Buy has still not made this right in 2 weeks. No calls or reaching out to fix. Damage to my home and still have malfunctioning machine.

Bad pick
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bad pick. It is loud, its gets unbalanced on half of the preset cycles. Trouble setting up wirless connection so custom cycles can't be created. I miss my LG. It was black friday so i didnt go in to the store i shopped on line, will never buy applances on line again.

Won't power on
