Buttons push hard to set timer. Preheating oven requires answering questions. Please just heat the oven already. The stove is great looking so 2 stars for that

But now iam sure there is a major problem with the temperature for baking. I bought an oven thermometer which verified thus. Would you please send out a tec to fix this problem! G. Antle
