It's loud and feels like I should have paid $20 for it. Unfortunately, we had to purchase it during the pandemic and it was all that was available. I would have never purchased this dryer under normal circumstances. It's super loud when it runs and when you open the door. The door feels like you're going to break it when you open it. It's also confusing to use. You have to press and hold the start button for some reason so more times then not we'll pick our settings then press the button and walk away only to realize it never turned on because we didn't hold the button.

We are moving from Arizona to S. Carolina and Best Buy did an amazing job of coordinating everything across the country. And the Best Buy installation crew did a great job of keeping us informed every step of the way from our initial order to the final installation.
