    I was very pleased with the level of service provided by Best Buy. We are moving from Arizona to S. Carolina and Best Buy did an amazing job of coordinating everything across the country. And the Best Buy installation crew did a great job of keeping us informed every step of the way from our initial order to the final installation.

    We are pleased wirh our washer and dryer except for 2 major things. They have to stick out from the wall 10 or so inches which we don’t like and make the room smaller. Also they are very loud, - 2-3 times more than our former Maytag Neptune models. Also buzzer when done is loud. And these made in 2020 are a cheaper grade of materials.

    First let me say, I am a big fan of Maytag. I had my last dryer for over 10 years and only replaced because movers damaged it. This dryer is good and does the job. The only thing odd is the control buttons. I still haven’t figured out some of the settings. Also, it’s a bit noisy but this model is only one step up from their base model so probably to be expected.
