This is a really reliable basic dryer. I had purchased another brand with fancy sensors to determine whether outflow hot air was impeded or not, and it never really quite worked correctly because sensor was always being tripped. I did remedy this situation by paying for a professional company to completely clean the exhaust flue. When getting the same brand redelivered, the same sensor kept going off and the dryer never quite worked correctly. Do not get a dryer with this type of sensor; the moisture-detecting sensor for the dryer load is fine though. They Maytag works very reliably and no fancy sensors to impede performance. It fits in a relatively small space also; the capacity is fine for my needs. It does have wrinkle control which works fairly well though I iron all professional clothing anyway. Would highly recommend the Maytag dryers.

We use this dryer in a short term rental, so it gets used almost everyday. It dries sheets really well and in less time than our old dryer. The inside is very big, so we can dry a lot of linens at once. I like that it is a basic dryer with less fancy stuff that guests can tear up.

Seems to work well, was reasonably priced for what it is. Wish the top was flat, it has a large compound radius to it which makes anything you sit on top of it slide off.

Excellent dry time, easy to use, exact match to the washing machine. Quiet run, efficient operation, and very easy controls.

This is a wonderful product! Best simplest easy to use, no 20 different fancy buttons that ya really don't need. Only thing i don't exactly care for is the door. Need to slam it to shut it. I can say its a way better well built product than the whirlpool i recently purchased prior, that broke 3 days after using it. Just saying. Thank u best buy n maytag!

Got on sale. Good Dryer, good price. Be aware that you'll need to wire your own AC Cable for 3 or 4 prong dryer hookup but it's super easy. Check youtube for a tutorial :)

We’re really enjoying our new dryer. It’s simple to use and look forward to many more year of fresh, dry clothing, towels and bedding.

The wrinkle resistant really works great. The dry time is great The size is perfect. The lint filter STINKS, the design placement is stupid, the dryer lint dust ends on top of the dryer.

I love this dryer. It replaced a 21 year old Maytag. Also got a new Maytag washer. I always used high heat on my old dryer. This one only needs low heat for everything. It is so efficient. It is so quiet and buzzes when done. If I don't get it right away it goes to a wrinkle release cycle and then buzzes again. My only comment is that it says the door can be reversed to open in the opposite direction but it does not so the door opens in front of my washer.

Mine works awesome! It holds a big load of clothes, is very quiet, and dries all my clothes without wrinkles!

Love how the clothes come out wrinkle-free. Dry time depends on the setting. I put towels in on the high setting and they dry much faster than then my last dryer. I have been able to dry clothes on the medium setting that I used to line dry only and they come out with no shrinkage and much softer than line drying.
